“Although difficult to contact the Company when they did not arrive on the date expected due to telephone problems at their end, ( the van had broken down on the M25) and started the following day, the replacement of my conservatory roof was done very efficiently , the team worked hard , were very tidy cleaning up after themselves and completed the work after 2 day’s. I’m very pleased with my new roof, am still waiting to hear about 2 replacement panes, but have been refunded . The price was very competitive compared to other companies.”

“After making the initial enquiry their representative called and explained all the available options and their relative prices. He was very professional, and did not pressure us into making a decision, in any way. In the end we took his advise and placed our order which was confirmed by email at a later date. Also the fitting team that did our job were excellent, they were clean and worked accurately, and left us with a finished product that looked and performed very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other person that has problems with their conservatory getting very hot in the Summer and then very cold in the Winter, They have various cures for this and I thought bearing in mind the quality of their work that their prices were very fair and competitive.”

“The new roof fitted to our conservatory replaced the glass one. We were frozen in winter and roasted in the summer but this winter was heaven even with the snow we were able to sit in there in comfort. However! The after sales team are not so good, changing dates and not returning calls is not the answer to any problem no matter how small!”

“The troublewith glass conservatories is that they are too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I have to say my conservator is now not cold in the winter, but the jury is still out about the summer. Having said that the operatives who installed my new ceiling were first class and very clean. The rain fell all day but they made sure everything was kept clean and tidy.”

“The two men that changed the roof were very good, and did a neat, clean and tidy job. When the plastering was carried out however, we felt that there was room for a little improvement. Overall we are happy with the result and the comfortable change to our enjoyment of our conservatory.”

“A conservatory which could only be used occasionally (too hot in summer & freezing in winter) has now become a year round, well used extra living room. Repairs needed to the old structure were undertaken & the new roof, guttering etc put on in a few days. There was a problem with some guttering that hadn't been fitted properly but one call to Comfortable Conservatories & a couple of guys were here to sort it out. Helps that the work men & office staff were all helpful.”

“The roof is very good, accept the metal guttering for plastic fitting is a little bad. The seal is brocken and wetting full drop bucket each two days.”

“From start where I was given a quote and having the work done - exceptional. My conservatory is noticeably warmer in the winter and looking forward to enjoying it in the summer. I would recommend this company.”

“After a difficult start,the work was delayed twice hence only 4stars,,a phone call to the Milton Keynes head office put Kiera in charge of our work,who organised a further date for the work to be done. The day arrived as did the fitters,the main one called Gabriel and a young man calledJohnny. The fitter,Gabriel worked not only hard but precisely and you could tell he took a pride in his work,leaving us with a spectacular new room to use,and tidying up all rubbish and materials before they left. Kiera rang during the installation to check how everything was going and again on completion. Both my wife and I are exceeding pleased with the finished result and if it had not be for the Halifax franchise being incompetent I would have given 5 stars and full recommendation. The end product is one I can wholeheartedly recommend.”

“We are very happy with the finished product, the workmanship was first class and done exactly as the website demo video showed. The difficulty arose in trying to get the Comfortable Conservatories to complete the job and sort out building regulations which was on the original work sheet. After five months and countless phone calls and buck passing, we finally got the certificate.”

“Our 17 year old aluminium double glazed conservatory roof was starting to look rather tired and we were having difficulty in getting somebody to replace 3 or 4 panels that had popped. We searched on the net site for a quote to replace the roof and Comfortable Conservatories came back very quickly with what we considered to be a good quote and from this we requested a representative to call. An appointment was made for the following day when Mr Stephen Bean called and explained how the job would be carried out and all the advantages of a tiled roof with an insulated ceiling. We decided we liked the product but we wanted the see an example for ourselves. Stephen arranged for us to view a previous clients conservatory in the next few days at ours and their convenience. Once we had viewed this we were sold on the idea and ordered the the new roof. The job was done and I must say we are very pleased with the finished product, a totally refreshed conservatory both inside and out, it is certainly warmer and we do not have the problem any longer of bugs behind the unsightly roof blinds. We are using the room much more now in the winter and are now looking forward to the summer when we are sure it will not be far to hot for us to sit comfortably in the new improved area. Our only criticism is that to date we have not received a receipt for monies payed or the grantee certificates having been promised them on more than one occasion that these would be forwarded.”
