Sales girl was great and sold us exactly what we wanted at a good price. A new polycarbonate roof with insulation and a ceiling. We paid a deposit and was told the surveyor will have to come and measure up. A week after a girl phoned to arrange INSTALLATION ? I asked about the surveyor but was told it wasn't needed. So low and behold when the installers turned up they hadn't got the correct materials and couldn't do the job. That's when the nightmare began. We experienced the truly appalling non exsistant customer service from everyone we spoke to in the company. I found out the polycarbonate roof was not placed on the work sheet. But when I called to find out what was going on I was told someone would call me back, but they didn't. So I called again and again for 3 weeks I was told by people they couldn't even remember why they were supposed to be calling me. I even emailed a director to complain, but had no reply. I was at the end of my tether. I considered cancelling but was told I'd lose my deposit. We were trapped. Then after speaking to the sales girl, the job was transferred from Wolverhampton to Halifax. At last things began to move forward, or least I thought. 3 months later the workmen turned up to do the job again, but guess what NO polycarbonate roof. I swear to god you couldn't make it up. I felt like I was on the set of a Carry on film. The work has been done now and I am very happy with the new roof and workmen who carried out the job were great. But the whole experience was extremely stressful and the disruption to our home and family life was traumatic to say the least. But above all I feel the company just don't care. So I cannot recommend this company.

.Our roof was done .June 2016 still waiting for our buildings regs .got my husbands number need to know what is going on.otherwise we will be .taking this further.

This is the second review I have done, as I am still waiting to have my roof fixed, where they initially did a poor job, lied about what time the man was coming to fix it. When he came, he said he couldn't do it on his own, after walking on my new rug with filthy boots! Then customer service rang and asked me to take the review down, which I said I would once I had a satisfactory job done. After several more calls, Charlotte finally set up a date for it to be done, I am still sitting here waiting for a call back, as Daniella on customer service has just told me that I am not even booked in!!! they wont call me back, because they never do. What a joke of a company, I have even read their employee reviews, who call them Cowboys! and say that they don't pay them. If they don't sort it I will take them to small claims court!

I recieved a phone call shortly after filling out an online instant quote and was told someone could come round that evening to go through it all and give us an instant quote. I thought perfect! But the sales man was extremely pushy for us to sign up to it. We eventually did after he reassured us that if we were to change our minds we could get our full deposit back within a month. The next morning we decided to cancel it so I phoned up and explained that with it coming up to Christmas we couldn't afford it. The gentleman on the phone sounded annoyed and put me onto someone else who again sounded annoyed with me and was quite rude. She explained that I had to send back the signed paperwork (the only paperwork we had) and they would send back our deposit within a month. I did this the same day, it's now been over 7 weeks and we are still waiting for our deposit.

We had a leak!! After months of phone calls and emails we finally got it repaired. We were told on several occasions that we would get compensation for all the stress and upset that was caused, again have sent letters and emails regarding this and have had no response. When the work was done we were left with black marks on our new conservatory blinds and black bootmarks on our carpet. Workman had no consideration or respect for our property. The 10 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Be aware this company is ok on the surface but when you dig deeper absolutely useless and as for customer service department, there isn't one. GOOD LUCK

Having had a bad experience with another company we were as you might expect a little weary however the sales man Alan made us feel at ease. He explained everything showing us videos and customer reviews and samples of materials to be used eventually offering us a price that we felt was more than acceptable. The following day the surveyor arrived to double check the measurements and believe it on not gave us an installation date of only 7 days later following bad weather this was delayed by 1 day but the good thing was the communication between the company and us, they kept us informed of everything. The installation teems turned up 08:00 as promised and work started. As the work was delayed by 1 day on the first day there were 2 installation teems on site to make up for the time that was lost all of the teem were very professional and polite and tidy in there work. on the second day the installation was completed and the electrician arrived to install the lighting again leaving everything in a clean and tidy manner. To Sum it up it has been a pleasure dealing with such a competent and reliable company whom I would highly recommend to anybody all of this and a 10 year guarantee as well Looks amazing. NEVER EVER use this company! The first 2 roofs leaked it took 2 months (in winter!)for a 3rd roof to be fitted. Half way through the job they left as they had a new more important job, leaving our conservatory open to the rain. Our conservatory is now destroyed! The ceiling bows so we cannot open the internal doors, and we live in fear everytime it rains. Guttering leaks, and the room is freezing. The only thing our conservatory is now for for it the tip! They left rubbish all over the garden, our furniture was ruined and we were left cleaning up all the mud trodden in. They refuse to accept any responsibility.

Very quick to get a salesman on site and to take an order, installation engineers seemed to know what to do but after the first rain the roof still leaked. Upon inspection I could see that the water ran off the tiles and missed the guttering. Also drain pipes leaked and water ran down the door. After numerous phone calls an engineer visited and said that they needed to get materials to put the incorrect installation put right. After various delays we arranged to be at home and no one turned up. I called the office at 16.10 and was told engineer stuck in traffic. No further contact from the office and another day wasted. I will have to contact the office tomorrow and waste another day. The office staff don't seem to realise how long it takes for engineers to get around the country.

Agreed day, turned up at 1630 for 8-10 start Chased for updates - no response other than ''they will be there before 12 noon''..... Called again, left message, no response. During construction took staged photos and my brother noticed that Marine Ply was used in construction - mentioned on web site and videos.... used 3 times cheaper OSB board.... Having already paid for the construction, was advised to 'look at small print, that alternative products could be used if not available ..'' This was nonsense as Marine ply was available at 2 national suppliers with 5 miles and replacement materials must be of similar - not inferior quality. Lastly, was phoned 3 times for payment - BEFORE works were completed ...last day of the month - clearly target deadlines. Very pushy firm ...sent TWO sales guys at 9am and 11am - from different franchise offices - should have realised that logistically, they could not cope. The workers were fine, but also pressured to complete to get to next job, My overall impression was this is a sales driven firm and if they 1/ cannot be bothered to arrive on time - nor update / return calls 2/ cut corners with materials - then offer client to check non legal small print 3/ sent multiple sales reps 4/ chase client for payment before completion 5/ chase workers to finish to get to next job Best avoided ... I would not recommend

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Cowboy builders who do not comply with building regulations. Very bad experience using this company. They do not respond to any emails or letters and as a company are in liquidation. Please avoid at all costs.

Fitters were excellent.lads.....your rep and office staff are rubbish...got told .new roof was a 3day job...my wife took a day off.and i took 2....nobody turned up.on august 30.after 10.phone calls and emails .nobody called us back..jazmine called after 3hrs...we got told.job hadnt been booked in.and it was only a 1 day job anyway.we got £100 knocked off bill...whoopie do..wanted more...we wasted 4 days holidays..i wont be useing your firm again.

Ceiling cladding poorly fitted. The cladding collapsed on the left side after 3 months of fitting. Cladding fitted September 2015 now September 2016 just a year total cladding now dropped and dangerously haggling. Customer service awful

We are very disappointed with the way this contract was carried out, over 1 day instead of 2 although we got some compensation for the way our conservatory was left. It seems on the day of work, once the labourers were on site 10.30am you only seemed to worry about when the account would be paid in fact 3 phone calls to check this out, also the labourers telling us to pay, when it quite clearly states on the order form payment on completion but the job was not fully completed, the labourers left at 7.00pm saying that we would have to finish it ourselves. Then low and behold 9.30 the following morning you were pestering/demanding money once more. In light of all this I would not recommend your company to friends or relatives as I would not put them through this embarrassment or despicable attitude towards your customers. We are now awaiting Head Office to visit but are not holding our breath.

Instalation of a complete new roof was carried out quick and efficiently, the installer's were very pleasant and informative in what they were doing. The new roof has certainly made a difference on the very hot days we have had. My only complaint is that I have never received a receipt or gaurantee cirtivicates or promised return calls after I have made numerous phone calls to there offices.

Have not really had a good job here. 1st thing was they turned up and did onsite training with two extra builders so the build took two days longer. Then 8 weeks after they had done the job the Roof leaked in 8 places and we had just got the whole room prefect and now have damp patches all over the celling. It took them a week to come out and fix the leaks and now over 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to repaint the damaged celling and paint again. So No not very happy with them and the customer services has been bad with it taking a very long time for them to call back , had to Chase and Chase them all the time . Even having to call them hourly to get them. We are still waiting NOW to get the painting done and I'm getting to the end of my patience with the service, My toys will be coming out the pram very soon if its not fixed I really hope you read this post and step up the customer services as we like the roof just not the leaks and the issues that we have had during the build . Its a shame that this has caused issues and with great customer services you could have fixed it quickly and then had a happy customer but you didnt so you have an upset one

The company were quick to send out a salesman who explained exactly what could be achieved in my conservatory and the various materials they use. The installers were efficient, worked hard and achieved a great result in a relatively short amount of time. Charlotte was extremely helpful and went over and above my expectations to ensure I was happy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of insulating a conservatory roof - the difference is incredible and well worth every penny.

The Salesman came out and was a bit pushy but nice enough. He said we could only get that best price if we said yes on that same day. We felt a bit rushed but agreed to have the roof insulated. Fitters came and were awful, didn't have the right tools and did not do a good job. We phoned the customer service team and they arranged for it to all be redone promptly. That went very well. A bit inconvenient that we had to fully empty our conservatory once again but job was done well. A few weeks later one of our internal roof panels smashed completely! Since then we have phoned the customer service team about 10 times but they will not ring us back. Each time they promise someone will ring back to arrange soneone to visit but we are still waiting! An independent glazier said this must be due to a screw going into the panel. This has now gone on for months. Feel very let down and wish we'd used another company with better customer service.

We asked for an online quote and someone rang us to arrange for a salesman to visit the next day. We made sure we were home for the appointment but no-one arrived and no phone call to apologise. 24 hours later still no contact. Now we do not want to take it any further as the company are not reliable.
