Color are many to pick and they are very comfortable to walk in. Plan on purchasing another pair - different color.”

“I tried on the sandals as soon as I received them. I normally wear a 7 in sandals and open footwear, but ordered the 7.5 after reading the reviews. They fit perfect and are so cute. It feels comfortable, but the real test will be this weekend when I wear them for a family get-together.”
“OK - I have the same complaint as everybody else on this site but I'm adding the following explanation to maybe alleviate some of the brain damage. I placed my order 23Mar and it shipped 28Mar21. Tracking showed in transit, but when I had not received it by end of April, I emailed comfy sandal asking for an ETA but never got an answer, so I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. CapOne (best bank EVER!) immediately refunded my $ with a promise to investigate. In the mean time, I kept checking the tracking info periodically and -- TA DA -- on 24March tracking said that it was going to be delivered today -- and it was! and I love them! so - it literally came on the slow boat from China (prob thru the Suez Canal). If they had just answered an email (or 5) or put a blurb on their website that shipping is coming from China, peace would have reigned supreme a lot sooner. That said, I might even order another pair or two for next summer delivery. :-)”
“Actually this is an update on a previous review about comfy sandals. I wanted to say I did receive my sandals from comfy sandals, I purchased two pair and received both, it was 6 weeks later, they arrived in good condition, they were the right size and they are comfortable, I can tell the quality is not high standard but they are wearable and I’m just glad I received what I paid for, I won’t be a returning customer since they told me I would receive them in about two weeks and I emailed them a couple times with no response that’s bad business so they lost a customer because of that bad business.”
“I recently posted a one star review but I need to amend it. Finally I received my sandals, many weeks late. So I can’t say the company is a scam since I’ve gotten them and they are very nice, just as advertised. Though I can only give them 3 stars because their customer service is the worst. “BUYER BEWARE—truly “Slow Boat From China”. These sandals are comfy and cute. But nowhere on their site does it say point of origin. It took 4 days to acknowledge my order and then I got almost daily “your order has been shipped” notifications. When I was finally able access their tracking site, imagine my shock when I saw they were literally tracking the sandals from all over China before shipping to the US!! It took 6 wk to receive them. The event I ordered them for had long since past.”
“UPDATE from earlier review: I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren’t damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn’t say that they’re super comfy. Also, didn’t like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn’t shop here again.”
“I loved these sandals. Loved them for about 2 months right up to the point the strap broke away from the sole. I contacted the company and was told that the shoes were out of warranty and if I wanted to return I would have to pay shipping. No mention of replacement or repair. No help or customer service at all!.”
“I did receive my sandals, but as many have said, they were the wrong size. Way too small. Contacted the company by email, first to exchange, then to return, as by then I realized dealing with them was going to be a challenge. What if the next shipment is wrong? First I have to send a picture of the product. I send pics of the boxes because they show the size, and a pic of one smashed on my foot. Nope, need pics of the actual sandals. OK, then I got instructions to return - to a USA address, thankfully. Must send tracking#, which I did. Off they go. I see they are delivered. Question about the refund. Oh - what was tracking number? Lots of back and forth, but I finally received my refund less all shipping charges. My suggestion is to use Amazon or other reputable US company for any purchases. This whole procedure took almost 2 months after I received the sandals. Sounds like others had it much worse. Also check out reviews for anything you want to order off a Facebook ad.”
“Have not received my order yet. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Company does not tell you it takes 3-4 weeks before your order is shipped until after you pay for your purchase. If you're thinking of getting them for the summer, order in the winter.”
