“ZERO stars. GDLSOK a THIEF and FRAUD. Have a similar story as described by others here, where gdlsok sent sandals several sizes smaller than ordered, said I should keep them (due to the "immense cost to ship back to China" and offered a "partial refund"? A partial refund? What for? When I requested a full refund gdlsok vanished.
PayPal's "Resolution Center" was completely useless. I opened a case and gdlsok suddenly changed their tune, offering a full refund if I send the sandals back. PayPay does not offer further dialogue to dispute the offer. Gdslok knows how to play PayPal like a fiddle. I now have paid for completely useless sandals.”
“DO NOT BUY! My mom and I ordered sandals, in May. We still haven't received them. We've contact the company multiple times and each time we're told the order has been shipped and is in transit. It should not take 3 months, even with Covid delays. We tried too cancel the order but can't. Based on everything I've read, if they don't fit or we don't like them, the 30 day return policy isn't honoured. We will be stuck with the shoes and out over $100. Horrible customer service!”
“Do not trust this company they are a terrible company. I purchased a pair of thongs from them and it took 6 weeks to get product, and when I got product it was two sizes too small. I contacted the company and they suggested I sell the product and they would send me another pair the correct size and they would charge for second pair. I explained that this was their issue and I wanted a full refund. They gave me 5.00 refund and said the transaction would not make financial sense so that is all they can do. Not my issue I paid for something they shipped incorrect size and I take a 20.00 hit”
“Do not buy anything from Leatherfully or Clark's. These are poorly made knock offs. If you receive your order and have a problem you will not get your money refunded. They also will not allow exchange but you would not want to exchange anyhow due to the poor quality. The material is paper thin, not leather or suede and won't last long. They are not good if you require any corrective footwear. Save your money. Don't buy anything from Leatherfully. You will only get what you pay for by going into an actual store so you can be sure its what you want. I have over 50 emails with Mona at Leatherfully and have no money back. There is no refund policy. Don't waste your time or money. Also leatherfully says it costs too much to ship to/from China. Don't buy anything from Leatherfully”
“I received my sandles on August 13, 2021. I opened them and tried them on and they do not fit right with my feet. I emailed them. Then I emailed again and again and again for 13 days. I have left messages as well. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Upon ordering the website said returns are easy within 30 days. That is a lie. Apparently they are untrustworthy. I would NOT recommend this company.”
“Order # 31764--I order 3 pairs of sandals a mistake was made on one pair sizes. I tried to correct the sizes could not do it. Tried to call could not get an answer.

“Ordered and paid for 2 pair of sandals over a month ago from Leatherfully. They still haven't come. Last tracking shows they entered Canada on July 28th. I've contacted the company 4 times only to receive a generic reply assuring they are "in transit". All replies come a generic Mona.
Will never buy from this company again.”
“Worst online shopping experience ever! Comfy Sandals charged my VISA card on June 18, 2021 for $89.19, and I still have not received the Sandals I ordered. No response to my emails or phone calls. When I called USPS with my tracking number, I was told there was a label made, but that the package was not in the system. My order # is 243318. At first, I just thought that the company was run by idiots, but now I know that it's a SCAM!!! Do NOT order from this company.”

They did not fit I reached out to the company and the refused to issue a refund as they were not damaged and that is the only way they would refund. I spent alot of money on them and can't get my money back. Also the material they use to make the sandals is very thin and not leather. If you purchase their products don't expect them to last long.

“It took me over a month to get my sandals as I live in Canada and when I finally got them, I tried them on and they did not fit.
I have sent over a dozen emails over the past month and no reply.
I also called the telephone number provided and still no contact with me.
All I wanted to do was return the sandals for a full refund. The refund policy only allows me to obtain a refund within one month of receiving the sandals and they have to be in perfect condition.
I am now out $60. And cannot wear the sandals as they do not fit.
I am not happy with Comfy Sandals…this is not good customer service.

Sent wrong size said to give to my friends for discount on another pair. Definitely not interested in purchasing from here ever again. The shoes I ordered were a knock off, poor quality. I spent $ 72.38 on paypal -shopify. I returned to customer service address on website.( $24 my cost) He said they did not receive them and you have to return to China, but would not supply the address for 1 month of asking for it.”
“I ordered two pairs from "Leatherfully" and paid through PayPal. I did receive my order but the sandal straps are baggy at the front and fit in the back. I emailed them for return instructions, they had me send them pictures, then offered a 15% "discount" as the best they could do and suggested I take it and give the shoes to someone else or pay to ship them to China. So, yes, they did respond to my emails, but I am not satisfied with the product and the refund process. I haven't found out what they mean by "discount" because I sure don't want a credit toward a future purchase!

Since the dimensions are manually measured by us, there will inevitably be some errors, which are unavoidable. I had shipped out to you according to the size you placed the order. Maybe you can give this product to your relatives or friends. But not the quality problem we couldn't apply for the refund to you, we could apply for the highest discount code at 15% for you, is it ok?
And if you return it, you need to pay the shipping cost to China, it needs about a month to solve. This is a long waiting process.
So we suggest that you could accept the discount code."”
