“I would leave a negative star if I could. I have been trying to contact their customer service for weeks. They do make a good product but I ordered 2 pairs on Black Friday they added an additional pair I did t order so I was over charged by $30. Never received anything. I have left phone and email messages and recieved no response They are thieves”

All communication will have to be done through email the company is in China even though some of it says that it's in the United States by check this out. I measured my foot like the company said I ordered my shoe . I took left the shoe in the package I put my foot from the back to the front of the shoe that was in the plastic and it did not fit just leaving it outside of package outside the shoe on top of the plastic. I have a size 11 shoe there's not a lot of choices there to go up a half size. I wanted to call I haven't been able to get through for two days enough phone number just to talk to them about it. I'm going to try to email and see what happens. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck if you buy from this site.”
