Joe is one SuperTrainer, who won't let you go off the course without understanding everything. His technique is teaching through fun and finding new way how to explain boring stuff. Commsupport courses are very valuable and very high quality. Except "normal" courses they do as well online live FREE courses, which I personally think is very kind of them. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you very much for all you are doing for people. Five STARS!

Joe Spoto brings the material to life! Genuinely excellent value for money course and excellent interaction with the class. Definitely the best IT course I have been on, Joe is patient, engaging and really persists with any challenging topics to make sure the material is understood. 5 stars!!!

Commsupport is brilliant company. I have experienced several courses and can't praise them enough. The teachers are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and nice. I will definitely take more courses with this company and recommend them to everyone.

Joe is an excellent tutor. He obviously has a passion for networking and a very deep understanding of the subject. The classes are interspersed with tips and tricks to help make the network engineer's life easier and are coloured with references to and discussion of films, books, movies, games or current events. He is eager to impart his knowledge and joyful of success but be aware, once you join Hotel Commsupport you can never leave.

I have done several IT training including networking videos, I have seen CCNA INE and CBT nuggets but I think the best training I had was with Commsupport. I have done my CCNA and currently doing my CCNP route with them. The style of teaching is unique, as they deliver the theory along with the practical application. They give practical perspective of the subject that will make you understand the topics and teach you the practical application of it. Another part of their style that I like and helped me with my learning and with my job is the break fix. You get value for your money, with one is to one kit, extra webminars, extensive practice labs and support. Joe is also the best instructor I've met, great person, so much passion for networking that will make you love networking more and motivates you to learn more. To be honest I think he is a lot better than "Jeremy"(you know who I am talking about), when it comes on delivering CISCO lectures. Kudos to Commsupport team! - Alfred

I would recommend Commsupport to anyone looking to advance in their career path. Before attending Commsupport lessons I had difficulties in understanding and practical application of IT networking concepts. After attending the Commsupport CCNA and CCNP courses I started seeing the big picture of IT networking by enjoying the clear logic and beauty in planning, configuration and troubleshooting of complex technological implementations. The quality of Commsupport courses is outstanding. The teaching approach is based on explaining complex things through simple analogies, definitions and real world examples.

I took the 6 day CCNA course starting on the 5th of October 2014 (Yes, a sunday!). The course was instructed for the week by the extremely knowledgeable and unwaveringly passionate Joe in a classroom dedicated to networking. It starts early every day so you definitely get your money's worth. I was recertifying my CCNA so I had a previous course to compare it to - this one was better in every single way. More and better equipment, thorough teaching and explanations on every topic in the CCNA (and more), extensive and almost encyclopedic amounts of supporting material, literature and labs to hone your networking skills on. I paid out of my own pocket and feel that the course was worth every penny. In an industry where expectations rarely meet reality, the course I attended exceeded all expectations and will more than prepare you for the real world of networking, as well as passing your CCNA. I do not hesitate in saying this is a fantastic course that will teach you and guide you successfully to completing your CCNA and honestly a lot more than that on top.

I went on the online CCNP course Commsupport provided. I found Joe to be an excellent trainer, who emphasised from the outset that he expected "audience participation" and this wasn't going to be us just listening to him. The explanations and demonstrations were always clear and easy to follow, and Joe was willing to recap over an area if people were struggling. It was also nice to see that he was willing to help people with their GNS3 set-ups and provided lots of advice and guidance throughout.

As lots of us did I was also searching for CCNA study course, Commsupport is one of the recommended on forums, advertising free retake. I like to have instructor led class because usually dull videos do not work for me. I went visit Commsupport without prior appointment to see if company and especially tutor even exists, before I pay some money. The company was there as advertised. I met Joe in corridor and he took me inside and shoved me training room full of students and equipment on racks, meaning that everyone had his own lab to work on. Later after course I did use it from home. I've signed for course the same week. If I want to learn I need someone who knows Cisco as breathing. I totally agree with rest of the "students" that Joe knows it all and it hardly get better than that. Material which comes with course is extensive, including tea and coffee during the class. Joe is even providing post classes and webinars for his students. Once you attend you're always invited and welcomed. I can only recommend it’s worth it.

Hi Jiri Many thanks for the review. I still have not smoked that cigar you gave to me for Christmas, i will get to it. I try to sneak out to the garden with a bottle of beer but my kids follow me plus it's too cold. Don't be a stranger Many thanks Joe

Brilliant course, brilliant post course support and a very enthusiastic and engaging teacher. Dont let the very competitive pricing put you off - this is NOT like the hugely discounted (supposedly) online courses you get on the voucher websites - This course is a no thriills course, very immersive, frantically paced and straight into CLI so do your homework prior to attending. I'd be amazed if you walk away feeling dissappointed. The sessions are recorded which makes reveiwing the course so much better. The big training companies favoured by the large corporates can learn a lot from the way these guys do things

I did two, one week courses in the classroom with Commsupport in Nov and Dec 2014. CCNA and also CCNA Security. I chose them because they were a lot cheaper than anyone else, and also sounded really good. I was really impressed with both weeks. It's hard work, the days start early and finish late. The courses were about teaching networking, not teaching you how to pass an exam. There is a lot of work to take home after the course has ended, labs to work through and loads to revise. I thought the instructor (Joe) was also very inspiring and has encouraged me to really 'go for it' into networking. You get so much more for your money with Commsupport than any other training (including the biggest) provider. This evening, Joe has been running a free webinar taking any former students through revision (tonight was layer 3 switching). This is not a 9am-5pm instructor, this is someone who really invests a huge amount of time and energy into developing his students. I'm really impressed and have yet to meet someone who's been there that isn't.

If you want to pass your Cisco exams with the core fundamentals, understanding of networks whether you are a complete beginner or already in the field, I can put my money on the fact you will find nobody else like Joe to help you succeed! Great labs, great course structure and style to get that knowledge embedded. Not to forget the value for money... Cannot recommend Commsupport enough!

Hello Daniela You are a trooper, you do not not know the meaning of the term "give up". One day in the not too distant future you will be a network engineer. Keep the faith and the focus you will get there. Many thanks see you on-line Joe

You are taught to be a network engineer not just to pass the exam, by someone who has actually been there & done it. Joe is a 1st class teacher who makes learning enjoyable.

I've been down to Commsupport in London twice now and loved both courses (CCNA:RS and CCNA:Security). Learnt so much which I can truthfully say has got me the job I've got now. The way the classroom sessions are recorded and given to all the students at the end of the week is inspired. The mix of chalk & talk and the practical labs is great, especially with the labs being 1 per student which very few others do. The free continuing support for former students in the twice weekly online sessions shows the dedication Joe has for his work. Can't rate them highly enough.

Very knowledgeable Tutor. I completed the class room led CCNP routing and switching and learned all the core topics in a very short time. Had the facility to do hands on labs in the class room and remotely. Thank you very much Sandeep

I've done a number of IT courses covering various technologies. I first came across Commsupport when I needed to do some Cisco networking studies. Commsupport offered good value for money so I booked a course with them for CCNA routing and switching. The course was very detailed and covered not only the basic CCNA topics, but in-depth coverage and examples of how this worked in the field. Everyone on the course had an independent lab to work on for all the hands on exercises, so there was no shying away from the practical labs. You could complete the labs at your own pace, and if you finished them early, there were plenty of break and fix labs for you to tackle. Couldn't have asked for better!

Commsupport are an excellent company that don't just give you the normal mundane understanding of networks but they help you become a real network engineer that will feel confident when it comes to configuring and troubleshooting network problems that you will find in a real life environment. Joe is a great instructor who is very knowledgeable and who creates visual scenarios that help you remember and understand all the topics covered on that course. Each day the classroom courses are recorded which is great for study material. I would recommend Commsupport to anybody and I will be coming back for more courses. Best Wishes Joe, Barry D.

I have been on many courses over the years and can honestly say that CommSupport is one of the best for engineers. Unorthodox, yes, no-frills, yes, intense, certainly but worth every penny, especially when combined with the guarantees and enough tea and coffee to sink a battleship. I have recommended this company to many people and will continue to do so.
