“The fill-in form on the website is very simple and straightforward to use. My only gripe would be that in he contact details it would be better to be able to say which method (phone or email) is preferable for removal companies to get in touch. They all phoned rather than emailed which wasn't convenient as I can't take the calls whilst I'm at work - email is much easier to use.”

“It could be improved by companies giving live quotes online based on an hourly cost for a certain size vehicle and number of temps lists. As some companies took 2-3 days to provide a quote and then continued to chase me long after I had already chosen a company.”

“Your website did what I expected as I got several quotes which helped, We chose Victor Removals which I was not impressed with. They were late, the telephone number on the website does not work now which was a bit worrying. They couldn't get the van down the access because of a scaffold pole was sticking out obstructing the height of the van so we had to pay more money even though they only had a sack truck and I got them a big DIY trolley to use. They only allow 1 hour waiting time between moves so we had to pay more again because the lady had not vacated by the time we got there. It was all about how much more money they could get out of us and I was really disappointed as moving is stressfull enough. I would not reccomment this company to anyone.”
