“really good. people in contact straight away - although some people were more pushy than others - and the removal quotes were all really competitive. people we eventually used - Removals UK Ltd - were fantastic and would definitely recommend”
“Your recommended contractor was useless. Broke an expensive wardrobe and refused to have it repaired, the lad who broke the wardrobe was inexperienced, not trained and no uniform (so much for your criteria). You were a joke as when we brought our problem to your attention you were hopeless. Would I recommend you? No way!”
“The Site to find the information was easy to use
,However the company choice offered was terrible .
i do not recommend anyone to use regents removal they made my move unbearable.”
“So pleased I went online as I was feeling a little overwealmed and wasn't sure who was the best company to go with.
Additionally, it helped me understand what I wanted from the day aswell
Thanks for your help”
“You aren't what you advertise. You don't compare anything you just forward clients details to multiple companies. Only few of which actually response. You should actually market for what you are- a referral agent. When someone needs immediate information it is easy to be misled by your site.”
“The website was great, quick and took away the laborious task of having to finding removal companies who are trust worthy at a stressful time.
I would recommend the site for anyone wanting to move.”
“Useful in finding a number of local removal companies in order to compare the service levels and costs in order to arrive what we thought was the best solution for us. It was very quick and easy to do and can highly recommend Compare My Move.”
“The form was easy to fill out and I had very quick responses from removal companies as a result, however, none of them were BAR (British Association of Removers) registered. Two of them only offered quotes over the phone, which risks them demanding more on the day, and the other came to the property to give a quote and he seemed unprofessional and I was uncomfortable with him. I would recommend asking around for companies that your friends and colleagues recommend, and making sure that they are BAR registered, and that ensures a reliable, professional and decent standard of company and the service they provide!”
“We used this site to invite quotations and out of five responses, all of which sent an estimator to our flat, two tenders were excellent. We chose the cheaper of these and were very satisfied with the service.”
“Very easy to use with an instant response. However, although the site enables you to be fairly specific in your requirements the quotes that came back were exclusive of them. I don't know if that is a fault of the site or the removal companies quoting systems. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!”
“Found a lot of great and very competitive removal companies via the Compare my move site. We decided upon one of these as they also included cleaning once you've moved. Plus because our move date changed they were very flexible with this too and very helpful with boxes, packing, etc, so we didn't even have to lift a finger, giving us the flexibility to look after our very young sons.....”
