“Resolver had a data breach in January 2024. They confirmed to me that the information has simply been lost.
They refused to cover the out of expenses costs, credit reports, telephone calls etc.
The incident was that serious they had to report to the information commissioner office.
When I raised a complaint about resolver they blocked and banned my account. They accused me of being threating by email. All I said was I will pursue this via the courts.”

I have an ongoing complaint with UPS (who doesn't!!!). Ups replied after the first email and said they were going to investigate. That was it!
Nothing from Resolver. And nothing from UPS.
And for the last 2 weeks its just been in limbo! pointless service!”
“Was given a case reference for a complaint to Hotpoint. Quoted the case reference to Hotpoint who denied that they had heard of Resolver and moreover my complaint. E mailed Resolver for any further details so that I could contact the direct department and "Harry" has never come back to me !!”
