“I wrote a Review a short while ago when the delivery Parcel Force and customer Services let down Complete Care shop and I thought it was worth three star so now it’s time to say thank you to Complete Care and Royal Mail who delivered in three days considering it is the Christmas period worthy of five stars”

“customer service has been great. delivery of a classic hospital bed went very well. the deliveryman assembled the bed for me. no mess, no fuss, also had a side rail delivered. the deliveryman gave me advice on the easiest way to attach it. very friendly and very helpful.”

“Ordered product, but never arrived. Tried to contact the company via telephone for over a week, never answered the phone once. Numerous emails sent no response. The company is a disgrace. No chance of ever getting my money back.”

“I originally went on-line to place my order but I wanted the equipment to be delivered to a different address which was not possible. However I emailed Complete Care and the order was placed, paid for and advice given on the sling required. The whole process was quick and efficient and delivery much quicker than I anticipated. The staff were most helpful and I highly recommend them for the help and professionalism. Well done.”

“Complete care were very helpful when I rang with a couple of questions. The product was as described and exactly what we wanted. It was well built, easy to assemble and does the job we wanted. It was well packaged and delivered on time. There was one hiccup and that was with the website. When I went to pay there was no option for next day delivery, to get this we had to phone a d order over the phone. All in all, the service was good, product good a d good delivery. I would definitely recommend Complete Care.”
