“The cushion itself is very comfortable. The only problem is there is nothing on the cover to help it stick to the seat and not slide backwards. It could do with some velcro on the cover. Even a bigger, standard wheelchair size (18x18") would be great. Maybe something to think about.”

“The delivery came as per the date given and was a ''white glove'' delivery, everything was done quickly and with care, also was completely checked to ensure all was working well. The delivery men were courteous and friendly. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the customer service is very poor, when requesting a delivery date having waited two weeks and hearing nothing, the person answering, loudly and sharply told me I had been contacted before I gave the reason for my call; I had to tell her to listen to the reason for my, call then she abruptly said I would receive a call back, she needs retraining or replacing. Other than that incident all was good and I would use them again. Go to jw.org for a free Bible study and much more:-)”

“After a very bad experience I had from the Complete Care Shop I complained. The manager called and could not have been more helpful. She was very, very professional and nice and the monies were refunded to my account straight away. Thank you as this gives me the confidence to order products again from you in the future.”

“My order arrived very quickly despite the fact that the box in which the four sticks were packed had one end torn off completely and been repaired with white plastic. There was no guidance sheet on assembling the sticks, but on inspection there were instructions on the sticks themselves so setting up two of them was not a problem even with arthritic hands. I haven't had time to practice with them yet but assume it follows the principle of marching. The brief period of standing with them relieved back ache very satisfactually. I look forward to longer practice!”
