Anonymous please Firstly I can't fault the ordering and delivery, 2 days i was pleased. ButI purchased some Conti body wipes recently first time and was disappointed,they were rough on ny skin,I was expected them to be softer and bigger maybe a slight scent ,I bought my current wipes from a leading supermarket and they are lovely ,so soft, large,and are soaked with aloe Vera for softness ,As a health care provider I thought maybe these wipes maybe better,but I'm sorry I'm very disappointed with my purchase .

Bought a shower seat for my disabled mother and it arrived with no fittings to attach to wall. After getting hung up on several times finally got answered by a very rude Grace. She said "we just don't provide them". This is not stated on their website and I said we wouldn't order a self assembly wardrobe without fittings rude Grace said "well look we just don't provide them go to a DIY shop"!! Complete care you need to teach your staff about customer service and being polite. My parents are 85 years of age and my mum is disabled. Very disappointed in your after sales attitude

Firstly I couldn't complete the vat exemption on your website after numerous attempts, and secondly my order of a walking stick arrived loosely packaged in a cardboard box without a rubber ferrule. However after emailing the customer service I received an email saying that a ferrule will be posted ASAP. I'm awaiting the delivery of the ferrule as it has been a bank holiday. I'm not in a hurry to order and purchase anything from this company in the near future.

Ordered commode on 4th January (just hours before Boris announced latest lockdown). Paid extra for next day delivery as health service said would take weeks for free commode to be delivered. Received e-mail from complete care shop saying order being processed and will e-mail me when dispatched. No e-mail received. Commode delivered on Friday 15th, 10 days after order. Hour later NHS said they could deliver free one next Monday. Whilst I can appreciate might not be next day delivery but not happy kept in dark for ten days. Long time for overweight 79 year old to **** in a bucket. I wonder if I will receive my extra charge for next day delivery back (or wonder how much longer I would have waited if it was normal 1 to 5 days standard delivery?)

Order two products on the 11th June, one that was specifically needed for the 19th June. I felt confidnt as the product on line said " In Stock! Fast Delivery! "After receiving a delvery note for one product on the 13th so I rang to ask about th eone I needed for the 19th and was informed that they had just received in stock 62 of them and it would be despatched shortly. I called on the 19th, but my time was imited and I kept having to dosconnect after 10 minutes wait. Called again on the 20th and got trough on the 2nd atttempt. Here I wa informed theproduct was on a transfer note and may delivered some time next week. I enquiredabout "Ins tock! Fast Delivery!" to be informed "In stock" meant the supplier had it in stock and Fast Delivery well, wasn't fast ! 3 - 5 working days. Ok, that would have been 14th - 18th, to be told it wasn't in stock . As the prevous person I spoke to said it had come in on the 14th (62 as mentioned) silly me for htinking "in stock meant ........"In stock" - glad their supplier wasn't in China. Left me high and dry, this was an aid I needed for someone coming out of hospital on the 18th and I feel misinformed by the web site

Order never arrived tried calling and sent emails with no response, do not use this company .
