“Didn’t make me happy as nothing turned up I have left a message for you to return my money and although you have my money for nearly a month now had to go out and purchase a walking stick so will be informing Breakfast TV how your managing director does not provide the service he was praised for ?”

“This is a corrective to my previous one star (i.e. no star!) review concerning car ramps - 20th July or thereabouts. As a result of some angry emails from me and the review mentioned, the company (represented by Jasmine) took reasonably prompt action and half an hour ago - 29th July - the 'swap' took place and I now have the correct item. This proves the Complete Care Shop can get it right when they get their fingers out, but the many errors and delays mentioned in reviews prior to mine suggest they need to up their game much more consistently. Thank you, Jasmine, for the eventual outcome.”

“They didn't or better the Knelson knife didn't, i have been using these for many years now, and the new ones are very poor the fork part is not deep enough, so i would look elsewhere,”

“Very disappointed, i mgiht add, this is the second time they have let me down, we have spent a lot of money with them over the last few years. The last order did not arrive, told "problems in the warehouse" when id finally came it was not complete andthey had to post items seperately. On this occasion I ordered as I thought in plenty of time for the christmas period, no WRONG. I ordered bed pads quite essential in our situation. The wrong size was sent. I contacted customer service straight away, only to be told they could not send the correct ones till they had received the others back. The collection was made as promised but no sign of the new ones despite being promised they would arrive for Christmas.It has put us in a difficult situation as you can imageine if you use these products. The warehouse definitely needs a big shake up, and customer service need to sharpen up and be proactive not re-active.”

“I purchased a mattress topper after reading a review that the person concerned had a firm mattress has I have and the mattress topper made a vast difference as like myself they suffered from osteoarthritis. I was very disappointed on my first night of using it I woke up with my legs feeling very stiff and in pain. The topper was of no help it will not suit everyone who has this health problem.”
