Rubbish communication, failure to inform when out of stock. Worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could I would leave them a zero star.

placed an order for an item that was showing in stock with immediate delivery and nearly five weeks later i have still not received my order to name this company Complete Care is a joke once they have your money they do not care at all

Placed order, four days later still not despatched. Phoned to find out why, spoke to a girl with absolutely no manners, shouldn’t be let loose on members of the public, let alone customers. Asked to speak to a manager, she refused. Will have to wait and see when my order arrives and write another review. I would suggest that management look at these negative reviews, they will cost you customers.

Absolutely appalling service bought a wheelchair and adult bibs with a promise of delivery within 4-5 days. Eight days later nothing arrived, I rang and was promised order would be dispatched that day. Six days later nothing. Staff became rude tutting on the phone at me and putting the phone down, refusing to put me through to there manager. After about 5 calls and hours of my time wasted I spoke with a Manager who told me there warehouse staff could not find the wheelchair and that it would be sent direct from the manufacturer and would be 4-5 days. So they have my money for 3 weeks and still no wheelchair. Avoid this company with like the plague, they initially sound lovely on the phone but end up being rude. To add insult to injury the manager (Jane) said she understands my predicament as her mother is in a wheelchair (at least she got her wheelchair) In the meantime my mother remains bed bound...

Here you go Order Number: 3102942 Now you can not post your generic response. I thought I would give this company a second chance after having a bad experience in the past, BIG MISTAKE. Placed my order on 26/09 today is 02/10 and I have not received a dispatched email or any other form of contact. They claim all deliveries are tracked so I would expect some thing by now, I ring them up only to be told your order is just being prepared for delivery, so your order is still sitting on the shelf. When I question the time I have waited I am told we are advising 10 days for delivery, But I do not see that on there site any where when I place my order. All I can find about delivery times is "Processing & Dispatch Orders are sent using the most efficient and reliable service for the size of your order. These services vary from 1-5 business days delivery, though they can sometimes take longer. Some of our products (e.g. some chairs and power chairs) are made to order so will need more time. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we have 30 days to deliver to you, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible." That says 1-5 days but could have delays, they also go on about how there courier service are experiencing delays, BLAME THE COURIER, but my item has not even been picked. Such a poor company that supply medical products to the public, the kind of things you need urgent or at least in a reasonable time. You can order from many online shopping places and receive next day orders and even orders sent out second class post get to you within 4 days. With these people your lucky if your order gets picked, I do not think my order is being processed that would of just been your standard get off the phone customer service response. I work in Retail logistics so I am well aware of what difficulties or not are being experienced. The retailers always try to blame the carriers. This company have charged £4.45 for there postage, for that you expect it to arrive within 5 days. I would not mind it is a small postable item that can be sent by royal mail and posted through my door. Every one deserves a second chance, these guys do not. No doubt they will reply with we are so sorry but we are experiencing unprecedented delays due to covid. Just love how companies use the word UNPRECEDENTED to get out of things they never knew of the word until it was used by the government, now it is splattered on websites or written into customer services one line manuals. Get with the program and stop blaming Covid for your problems

Very poor service ordered 4 items delivered short of 2 items and another of very poor quality with oily stains. Delivery note as ordered with no note anything out of stock they just left things out. Took several fraught phone calls to get refund processed for 2 missing items, they insisted I had to email photo of the faulty item then bag it up for collection, after I did so using my own packing materials, label and parcel tape they said I could keep it FOC. Remaining missing item I was told in stock, then out of stock, now in stock again. Refund promised not yet in bank, one missing item still outstanding, try to ring them calls cut off. Nightmare, avoid this Company!

By the definition of goods supplied by this company it's obvious that the order is needed urgently. How I regret not reading the comments from other customers before making my order. Whenever I have ordered online from other outlets I have always been delighted by the speediness of receiving my pre-paid goods. Have realised that this is not a company I wish to use again and would warn others that there are many other places to look

Appalling company and services.. I ordered £354 worth of goods on the 19th , half arrived and I am still waiting for the rest of my goods.. Staff are rude and unhelpful, and they lie.. I was told my payment was not received even though my half the goods have been dispatched and payment has been taken.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Placed my order 15th Feb, they took payment 16th Feb, it's now the 28th Feb and still not received my order. Rang complete care but basically the attitude was they couldn't care less. Won't be ordering from them again.

""Ignorant. Abysmal. Thieves. Supplied a faulty item which was returned, they agreed to supply a replacement.....still waiting!!! They still have my money and they are ignoring my emails. This company is a shambles and needs to be avoided at all costs.

I placed an order for warm booties badly needed by my disabled wife on 17 November 2015. Now on 20th February 2016 - after the THIRD ATTEMPT ( starting in december 2015 ) to resolve this matter - having been told that it was delivered and signed for - I am still being fobbed off with excuses that I did not pursue the matter early enough - and that they have a 30 day returns policy ( how would you know that it is even a vague consideration if they don't even have the grace to send an email informing you that the goods have been dispatched so that you can register non-delivery ? ) I am no further forward. They seem to shamelessly avoid any responsibility. Other companies accept the liability and replace lost goods immediately. I would not advise you to trust this company. K LONDON

This company should be called "THE NO CARE COMPANY" I AM DISABLED - They do not pick up the phone, answer emails , they do not even send out your order - 10 weeks for a shoe??????? they do not refund your money - IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAM, They should hang their heads in shame- If I was able to drive and not as disabled as I am I would go and sit outside their office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A HASSLE FREE PURCHASE - ANYWHERE ELSE WILL BE BETTER THAN THIS.

I ordered items as a matter of urgency and paid for express delivery 5 days later I am still waiting on the items. Got a message to say they would be delivered on the Monday. Never came . Then I got a message this morning to say they would be getting delivered today, which is yet to be seen. Disgusting service

Very bad. They used to be better not sure what’s happened to them. I have bort a standing hoist from them, and so fare been waiting for my delivery for 7 days. I was told it be take 3 to 5 working days. Call them yesterday was told it will take 5 to 7 working days. I need the hoist eminently. The person I spoke with yesterday could even tell me if the product was dispatched.

*** WARNING *** *** WARNING *** *** WARNING **** TO ANYBODY THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE READ BELOW! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I have just had the most terrible experience, I only wish I had discovered these reviews before placing my order for a mobility scooter for a few pence short of £1,700. I'm very disabled and my order was time sensitive, I needed this scooter quickly and the "CompleteCareShop" whom I'm now going to refer to as the "In-CompleteCareShop" said it was IN STOCK. In fact I'm looking at their website right now and it still says "ITEM IN STOCK NOW". But you see my fellow reader, this particular item IS NOT actually in stock and I feel this deceived me in order to get my business. So on 26.08.2019 I placed my order, and I got a confirmation email pretty much straight away and I felt quite happy. The next day I'd heard nothing about a possible delivery date, so I decided to contact them through their web site, only to be ignored. 29.08.2019 (09:07) Placed telephone call and spoke to a lady. I explained the situation, I was put on hold briefly whilst she made enquiries. She came back to me and said it's ordered directly from the Manufacturer and there is an ETA of 10th Sep!! I said, but your Website said the Scooter was IN STOCK! (it still does) She'd got nothing to say, no explanation and no apology!. I said that I'm unable to wait that long so I'm going to have to cancel my order. She can't do this though, she has to email their accounts person to do this which can take a day or two!! Later on that day .. 29.08.2019 (16:19) Called to confirm refund has been issued, because nobody has let me know as they promised. On hold 10 mins. I was told I won't be issued a refund until the order has been cancelled with the supplier at their end FIRST! WHAT !!! WE'RE TALKING ABOUT NEARLY TWO THOUSAND POUNDS HERE!!! Disgusting, my refund should be issued no matter what, they should then deal with their own supplier, this process should not hold up my refund. They were quick enough to take money. 30.08.2019 (17:00) Rang back again, still my refund hasn't been placed. The lady just kept saying it's on the Tracker, and it will be done. She kept apologising. Now nothing is going to be done until Monday. 03.09.2019 (16:15) Rang back, same old story.. they're unable to refund me because they haven't heard back from the supplier. I still haven't had the refund. 05.09.2019 Rang back again, same old story.. told them I want to speak to their manager, surprise surprise they're in a meeting. Somebody called Paula is going to ring me back. I threatened them with trading standards! Still I never received a call back, promise after promise and nothing. I asked to speak to a manager twice on two separate occasions, each time they were either out or in a meeting. I rang the "In-CompleteCareShop" a total of five times. I'd had enough, if I'd ordered it from somewhere else THAT ACTUALLY DID HAVE IT IN STOCK I would have had it by now. Fortunately I'd ordered the scooter through PayPal so I called them, they were EXCELLENT. PayPal opened a case against the "In-CompleteCareShop" in order to help me get my refund. I would reccommend anybody placing an order online through PayPal if possible, as they automatically give you purchase protection in cases like this. Finally on 10th September some 13 days after Cancelling, PayPal receive my refund but it still hasn't hit my bank yet (11th Sep) So I'm still not able to place an order yet with somebody else. I felt it was my duty to let anybody who is thinking of placing an order with this business what they could possibly be up against.

Order two products on the 11th June, one that was specifically needed for the 19th June. I felt confidnt as the product on line said " In Stock! Fast Delivery! "After receiving a delvery note for one product on the 13th so I rang to ask about th eone I needed for the 19th and was informed that they had just received in stock 62 of them and it would be despatched shortly. I called on the 19th, but my time was imited and I kept having to dosconnect after 10 minutes wait. Called again on the 20th and got trough on the 2nd atttempt. Here I wa informed theproduct was on a transfer note and may delivered some time next week. I enquiredabout "Ins tock! Fast Delivery!" to be informed "In stock" meant the supplier had it in stock and Fast Delivery well, wasn't fast ! 3 - 5 working days. Ok, that would have been 14th - 18th, to be told it wasn't in stock . As the prevous person I spoke to said it had come in on the 14th (62 as mentioned) silly me for htinking "in stock meant ........"In stock" - glad their supplier wasn't in China. Left me high and dry, this was an aid I needed for someone coming out of hospital on the 18th and I feel misinformed by the web site

I placed an order two months ago part of which was delivered, however the most expensive items in the order have failed to arrive. I have tried it make contact via emails Howe er these have been ignored. No explanation or refund offered. Do not buy from this supplier.

Abysmal, unprofessional company! Their delivery time span is a complete joke! I ordered two very small and simple items from "The Care Shop." on 30.01.19 ... Till this date... 11.02.19, the two items still haven't arrived. Spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to an advisor last week, only to be told it will be dispatched that day and the items will be with me in the next few days. I would presume Royal Mail would be delivering the items as the items are not large. No tracking system or any emails sent to you for updates, since they confirm your order and the money is deducted from your account! I'm thankful I didn't order anything large for my elderly mum as most probably we'll be waiting months for it to arrive. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from this company again and I will leave reviews where possible to ensure other people will read it and think twice before ordering! I've also used their automated contact form! Let's see their response to that and also the duration of time before they make an effort to reply! This is suppose to be a UK based company! Anyone would think, we were placing orders to China which only takes 14 days! Absolutely ridiculous!

Very disappointed, i mgiht add, this is the second time they have let me down, we have spent a lot of money with them over the last few years. The last order did not arrive, told "problems in the warehouse" when id finally came it was not complete andthey had to post items seperately. On this occasion I ordered as I thought in plenty of time for the christmas period, no WRONG. I ordered bed pads quite essential in our situation. The wrong size was sent. I contacted customer service straight away, only to be told they could not send the correct ones till they had received the others back. The collection was made as promised but no sign of the new ones despite being promised they would arrive for Christmas.It has put us in a difficult situation as you can imageine if you use these products. The warehouse definitely needs a big shake up, and customer service need to sharpen up and be proactive not re-active.
