“You seem to have an issue with your data as post renewal I have been repeatedly getting emails and phone call requesting to renew my policy inspire of me doing so. Another issue I have to highlight is your cheeky txt and emailed that was send to me post my renewal regarding a 15£ discount if I had renewed before the expiry date, which I did, but none of your agents mentioned anything about the discount !!”

“The whole experience was not to bad, however the woman i have been dealing could work in Stalins secret police, the whole think sounded as she is above everything and very strict and unfriendly.. get some human qualities in your staff i guess, i am paying customer so i want friendly experience”

“We have been with Complete cover for many years. Only reason for 4stars is they don't offer discounts for renewals..one has to direct them to the discount...Otherwise The Best for years”

“I would have put excellent only for the fact that it took longer than normal but I think that was due to the Christmas period. My request was not run-of-the-mill and it took some effort for CCG to resolve it for me. Having said that, the effort they put into this on my behalf was second to none. I feel I can trust them and will come back to them in future for different insurances. Their contact staff are personable and respectful and genuinely want to help... however difficult an individual case might be. Thank you.”
