Complete cover group left me driving without any valid insurance for 4 months. I only realised once contacted by the DVLA. Payments were still being taken throughout the entire time! The rectified this after I brought it to their attention, however this will be my last year with them.

Very poor customer service, wring details taken by insurer which I am still struggling with today... Due to this it leaves me unsure and worried if I need to contact the insurer

We understand cancellation of a policy is never wanted, and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Cancellation of a policy is always our last resort, but if a client fails to provide the required documentation we need, a policy can be cancelled as a result of this. Took over two months and 6 or 7 phone calls to actually get my documents after each person apologised profusely and promised they would absolutely make sure I got them and each time I didn't. Also when I first took out the policy, over the following week I was phoned at least four times for my email address and another three times (twice in one day) to ask if I was near a quarry. Your people get the answers but don't seem to put it on the persons file so you're just phoned time and time again. It's so annoying and unprofessional.

Communication has been lacking, and I have had to spend an average of over 20 minutes on hold to even speak to someone. I have since given up and am know currently awaiting replies to the emails I have sent

Spent a total of 45 minutes on hold, being passed around from department to department, before finally having the line cut on me. I still haven't received my insurance documents.

All the people I spoke to spoke to me with contempt. My very first time I even complained about one operator and had confirmation that my complaint was recieved. And then " nothing". When I needed to contact you for a repair I held on the phone for 40 min. So upset at the way I was treated.

Very expensive !!!! I have been your customer overs the lad three years 2 cars last years but still no good offer for me still the price go hygher ... I won't recommend it to anyone .. Sorry for my honesty . Many thanks

Absolutely disgusting the price I had been quoted from the actually price i got down to. Never again will I go with this company after my year runs out. Been with you for 4-5 years

I was asked to sign my proposal form which I did not receive then asked a second time for same thing as I still had not received after 2 emails and getting no where talking to robots I think and still have no idea what's going on very very poor service would not recommend to anybody.

I would have said they were good until I had paid. Then 4 phone calls over 2 hours on phone to get the paperwork sent!!!!!!!

I'm not happy at all, cause I just past 1 year with you guys, and my insurance is grow up, not down, so boy just call me last week and say to me, his post me my new insurance paper bit not hapind, yet, I think after one year I desirve more like that!!!

Hello Jozsef Thank you for your feedback it's important to us. Unfortunately some insurance companies do increase their premiums on an annual basis. We do look across our market to ensure we can offer the best price possible. In addition to this we aim to speak to all our customers at renewal to allow us to assist them, as their circumstances may have changed from last year, which in turn may affect this years premium.
