Dear Nick Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed this order and can see that your order was received at 10pm on Tuesday night. We processed your order the following morning (Wednesday) and it was collected by the courier that afternoon. The delay was due to the courier, as it was held in a delivery depot for a couple of days. They don't deliver on weekends, so it was delayed by another two days and was finally delivered on Monday. I'm sorry for the delay I hope it didn't cause you any problems. Due to this delay, I have refunded the delivery cost on this order. “Goods delivered promptly. Excellent tracking of order history via online account. Postage via Toll so parcel locker delivery not possible but Toll phoned me and delivered to a newsagent next to my office. Would recommend.”
