“Ergotron, Delivery was very prompt. Not your fault but the lack of instructions for both installation and operation was amazing as to how they have managed to get away with it! This is also mentioned on "google" research. I phoned you re cutting the shelf - you were not sure. For the record, it requiires a hacksaw or equivelant. Afer many hours of modification as I did not have sufficient depth due to an umderneath shelf, I am now happy. Again, this depth requirement is not mentioned.If this info was sent or emailed to your clients, it would put you at the "top of the class".”
