“paid for next day shipping - was told that it missed the shipment even though i had made it well before the cut-off. when the goods arrived one week later the package was posted standard ROAD ONLY shipping. the reason why i chose to order through this company was specifically because of the shipping modes offered. i complained and they refunded the shipping cost - but it did not make it when i required it.”

“CompuCoast provide an excellent service! I use them extensively as a supplier for my Clients. So yes, price is important (and they are very competitive!) but of far more important is their service including fast delivery. This is important to me as it affect my client's perception about my business. I recall two issues with faulty printers recently (manufacturer fault) that they quickly resolved with little disruption to my Clients. highly recommended.”
