“Janelle was so pleasant to work with! She followed up with us frequently, but not in an annoying way, and she even sent me detailed price options for our internet provider options so my husband and I could make an informed decision. She’s working with us still to get us connected with lawn care and still checks in on us! Janelle is the best & this entire service was so convenient! Truly, she took so much off of my plate!”

“Janelle was very polite and attempted to help me set up internet service at my new apartment, but she put entirely the wrong address in the system with spectrum, defeating the purpose of going through Connect at all. I ended up having to correct her mistake and solve the issue on my end.”
