“It felt like I was his last call of the night. It felt rushed and he called me 25 minutes earlier than he was suppose to. He thought he had already talked to me before. He seemed annoyed answering my questions. At first he said it was going to be self installation then said someone would be over anywhere from 8am-6pm window with no time frame in between. He ended the call by saying “thanks for all you do for the kids.” I don’t have kids or work with kids so I’m starting to wonder if he has the right person on the phone. Would love to talk to someone else”
