“Marquis was awesome every step of the way. We encountered a lot of problems trying to get service set up, and he was able to overcome them all. He kept in constant communication with me about what was going on, and now everything is set up and ready in my new home. Couldn't have gotten it done without his hard work. I hope everyone is as lucky as I was to have help from Marquis!”

“What made me happy was he was very friendly. It was almost as if I was talking to a relative before we even started discussing what issues I was having. We talked for about five minutes about family traveling a holiday so they really kinda made the situation better and I really appreciate that.”

“My representative (Shaylah) hands down gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced in my short 30 years of life! Our phone call was extremely pleasant and friendly as well as streamlined in everything necessary to feature to understand with the service and payments. She even allowed me to explain that I had talked to another representative the previous day who had told me that the service plan I was looking for wasn’t available and that I would have to spend extra time figuring out what provider I can actually use; so in other words I was repeating to Shaylah that it wasn’t possible to receive the plan I wanted because I took another person’s word. Once she allowed me to finish speaking nonsense she effortlessly corrected me and offered the correct provider I would be using for the exact plan I wanted at an even better price!! I won’t say everyone employed in customer service with Shaylah is as efficient and effective as her but if they are then that’s a world I recommend everyone should experience. 10 Stars ⭐️ Thank you (:”
