“I had an issue with pests , it was dealt with very efficiently by Lewis a member of the team . Lewis was able to accommodate around my working hours to treat the issue . The activity has now gone and hoping for it not to return in the foreseeable . Lewis was also very reassuring and made my house feel like my home again . Lewis done everything in his power to try and clear the problem and it has been a success .”

“Chris has been attending my property to deal with a rat problem over the past few months, what an AMAZING man he is!! He's been sooo reassuring and made me feel safe in my home again, I cannot thank him enough!! I couldn't have asked for a better man to attend to the problem, he made sure everything possible was done and even spoke to neighbours regarding the problem. It's been the biggest nightmare I have ever experienced, Chris has now dealt with the full problem and we are now clear of the pests, iv never felt so relieved. I couldn't have got through this nightmare without him! Please pass my thanks onto him, he deserves alot of recognition and praise for the job he does!”

“Lewis has done a great job. Visited us 3 times. Didn't make us feel silly for being scared of mice. He explained everything he was doing and plugged up the hole where we think the little beasts were getting in. We feel very reassured now and if we have any future problems, he's the guy to go to.”

“Joe Pest Control employee came to my home following my suspicion I had rats in my loft and also vermin (birds). I came home from work one morning to find a bird flying around in my home. I have a fear of birds and the dilemma I was left in. Contacted Housing Office and Joe's was sent. Joe explored loft and detected rat droppings and also found 2 holes where bird could have entered. He dealt with it all and put my mind at rest. Joe was respectful of my working rota accommodating me when he had to return on follow up appointments. Being a woman in desperate need of a Pest Control expert Joe was an enormous relief. I found him to be efficient, trustworthy in my home, professional and conscientious. I will be forever grateful to him”

“We had a rat problem that your operative, Mike Weeden, has done his best to eradicate. Mike did three visits and discovered access points and proof of rats (droppings) that had been missed by a previous company. Mike was extremely thorough and baited all areas he could get access to. He was very polite and explained everything he had discovered, including showing us photos of the areas he dealt with. The main discovery was that a plastic drain blocker had been chewed through, giving access to the rats. We are hopeful that our problem has now been solved.”

“Fantastic service, from top to bottom. I cannot recommend Contego enough. I'm a carer for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia, and a recent ant infestation has caused her a great deal of distress. The care every person at Contego put into making sure her needs were met cannot be overstated. The lady at the office (sorry I can't remember her name) made sure that the visit took place when I was there, so as not to confuse mum. Then the time the technician took to explain to mum what he was doing was fantastic. Both took extra time out of their likely very busy schedules to ensure mum was going to be comfortable and they have left us both truly satisfied! if I could give 10 stars I would!”

“I would like to say that the pest controller scott was absolutely brilliant he knew his job. We find him polite and very helpful keep up the good scott we'll done. Very very happy with his service. And gave us great advice what to do to prevent the problems to accure thank-you”

“Although glis glis are relatively well known in the area there were concerns about finding someone with the knowledge to deal with them due to the small area in the country in which they are active. Thankfully Mike Weeden was the expert we needed. Mike quickly identified where the glis glis were entering the property and and gave advice on the material to be used to close the gap and during subsequent visits closed off small potential entry and travel points. Eight visits were necessary to deal with 10 glis glis. On each visit Mike took the time needed to deal with the problems that confronted him including answering questions on the glis glis, their habits, life cycle and the period in which they hibernate. Many thanks Mike.”
