“Cook meals were tasty ,varied and convenient as I had just finished surgery. We had 4 different meals. I found them a bit too salty and would urge you to reduce unhealthy levels of salt in otherwise excellent dishes.”

“The dishes are good. I buy a lot but just lately I’ve noticed that the chicken is rather tough and tasteless. Don’t know what’s happened but hope they can sort it. The chicken is cut in cubes maybe slices would be more tender?”

“I bought my Cook meal from Co op, I had previously bought a Lamb curry, which I enjoyed, although would have preferred slightly hot taste.
I enjoyed the Lamb Kofta & Dhal, I was expecting a bit more spice.
The reason I gave 4 stars is portion size, these portions are small, ingredients like dhal are not expensive and I would have liked more in this meal.
Overall these meals have good flavours and I would recommend if you have a small appetite.”
“I enjoy much of COOK food but have become very disappointed recently. Classic Fish Pie (Batch 000878) is an example ... too much mash topping and not enough fish... and plump king prawns were a joke in our last pie for two: none in my portion and two in my husband’s portion.”
