“Lovely to find organic herbs available and with a discount! My meat was tasty and good. Largely i like to by meat in my box so set boxes with added pies don't attract (I am gluten free) FODMAP stocks do attract although I've not bought any yet as I tend to make my own stocks.”

“I found the website very easy to use and the food arrived the next day. I love the fact the gammon and bacon are nitrite free. I am also really excited to try the retired dairy cow steaks as have read about similar cows in Spain but never tried this kind of beef before. The gammon was delicious! We will definitely be ordering more food again soon. Many thanks.”

“I purchased some steaks for my sister’s birthday and did not share in eating them, however, I was told they were very tasty and just how good steak should be. The delivery was spot on, arriving as per the original delivery details. I will use the service again.”

“The lamb burgers are absolutely delicious! I use the organic chicken bone broth for casseroles. The flavour is excellent and if you're feeling a little under the weather, just having a bowl of the bone broth on its own really makes you feel that much better!”

“A Cottage Pie Real Meal was one month out of use by date when it was delivered. Not suspecting that I cooked it and it tasted revolting, so only then I noticed that it was out of date. When I contacted the customer service I was told that it's a normal practice to deliver the products that out of date because they were frozen!”

Good afternoon Olesya, Thank you for your review, Please be assured that we don’t supply products outside of their use-by date – we have stringent measures in place to that the meals are frozen as soon as we receive them and are always well within their use by date at this point. The packaging then states that once frozen they are suitable to consume within 12 months of use by date. We are looking at how we can make this clearer on the packaging as it is not our intention to mislead. We are very sorry to hear your meal was unpleasant - this is not up to our usual standard and so of course as per our email conversation we have arranged a full refund for this item. All of our produce comes frozen, as we believe it to be the best way to naturally preserve food but this is always done so the produce has as much shelf life left in it as possible – for example at the point of butchery with our fresh meat.
