What a shame that the quality of the chorizo has dropped so much; the introduction of the spicy version may have something to do with it?

Clearly not much chicken used in the broth, pretty tasteless and my stomach responded badly to it. The fodmap beef stock was even worse, just lukewarm dishwater which my stomach also did not enjoy. I was told on the phone that a man would contact me this week regarding this. He did and basically told me itisvwhst it is, sympathies, I feel that I paid a lot of good money for nothing and as a pensioner I feel really ripped off. I have not cooked the marrow bones yet but no doubt I will find very little marrow on those bare looking bones. The smoked chicken was the only reason I gave a 2 star and that was horrifically expensive for one small portion. A refund on the broths would be nice as I really hoped to become a regular customer.

Not as described,should have been used for diced lamb and not steak Emailed you twice about this and sent pictures.But no reply. Disgraceful!

As usual, this is the third bag that I use and the third time it comes short in weight. The quality of the meat is superb as usual, though, I have sent an email with photos of these bags on the scale, explaining that being their most expensive product on the website I would expect to have it at the weight that I pay it for. I haven't heard back from Coombe yet, but surprisingly I have received the invitation to make a review. I start to think that I will stop this subscription of chicken and I would start buying elsewhere...

The bones I received are whole, I thought they came cut as they looked in the photo. I don t understand why there was water with blood in the package, I m very disappointed ...I m paying for the bones not for the liquid.

Previous experiences have been positive however I ordered after a long time so maybe customer service team have changed. On this occasion part of my order was missing and I was getting no response from customer services emails . I had to make numerous calls to explain my dissatisfaction for issue to be rectified. It should take 1 email or 1 call to rectify if my order has not been fulfilled. I’m unsure how often I would order going forward. Love the bone broth and have purchased many times before.

Three items not delivered and 10 days later I am still awaiting a refund. Seriously this is a terrible service. Phoned up several times, emailed, messaged various times. Still no luck. 231007524834

Given I received the package accompanied by an email saying everything was fresh, I found one of the duck packages semi frosted, and the email responding to my query 24 hrs later telling me it had been previously frozen, meant I couldn’t eat it. And all requests for replacement or reimbursement were ignored I’d say this was pretty poor.

Poor customer services, never was refunded for the full amount of poor quality bacon I purchased. only some of it even after they admitted there was a problem. I even had to chase up the partial refund and was told rubbish that they had not heard about the poor quality bacon then was told totally differently on another phone call to them. I was told people were in the office then 1 miinute later that they were off for the day. I notice when there is a problem the staff disappear rather than deal with the problem In short, they have lost our custom

This chicken tastes nice but considering there is only 200g in each packet and I still have to trim tendons, fats, blood spots, cartilage and skin, there is even less chicken and it’s not value for money. I would rather they did mini chicken fillets then I can trim it properly myself. It’s a shame as it’s such good chicken otherwise.

I was very unhappy with my purchase , straight after receiving my order I went on to the website and advised Coombes farm that the items were not frozen, they had defrosted and so had the packaging and we just cold , the reason we buy this product is because of my husbands very sensitive stomach and there is little food he can eat as a result of this we had to throw our order away, we advised you of this and have heard nothing from you

Some things were great, such as the pork sausages, pork burgers and veal chops. Other things lacked seasoning completely and the lamb burgers all contained fragments of bone in multiple packs. I was also sent multiple packs of regular pork sausages, rather than the pork and wild garlic as ordered.

Naturally it was disappointing that my goods had all defrosted. I understand the fault for this lay with the time that the parcel remained with the courier although I received it on the Friday morning as agreed with yourselves. I am aware that you intend to supply fresh meat in the future. The ham was very nice as was the turkey and I am satisfied with the lamb bones. Thank you.

Using DPD and not refrigerated vans has lost you a customer. The bacon I had last time was far too fatty. The rump roast I slow cooked yesterday...enough for 3 people only. Far too much fat.
