Previous experiences have been positive however I ordered after a long time so maybe customer service team have changed. On this occasion part of my order was missing and I was getting no response from customer services emails . I had to make numerous calls to explain my dissatisfaction for issue to be rectified. It should take 1 email or 1 call to rectify if my order has not been fulfilled. I’m unsure how often I would order going forward. Love the bone broth and have purchased many times before.

The meat products are amazing. However I live in a location where only small vans can enter. I assume this is thd reason why the driver left my box with hundreds of pounds worth of meat at the top of the road with someone I don't even know. Out of kindness they took the parcel to my door. Disgraceful delivery. I wont purchase again if i get this type of delivery I am afraid. I will have to give it a low score due to the courier issue

This chicken tastes nice but considering there is only 200g in each packet and I still have to trim tendons, fats, blood spots, cartilage and skin, there is even less chicken and it’s not value for money. I would rather they did mini chicken fillets then I can trim it properly myself. It’s a shame as it’s such good chicken otherwise.

Arrived partially frozen and are in the freezer if I am still alive after using them I will let you know You did your best but slightly more insulation would have been better

Some things were great, such as the pork sausages, pork burgers and veal chops. Other things lacked seasoning completely and the lamb burgers all contained fragments of bone in multiple packs. I was also sent multiple packs of regular pork sausages, rather than the pork and wild garlic as ordered.

usually an excellent buy but this time it was not as good, and only just fed a family of 4 with normal portions

Naturally it was disappointing that my goods had all defrosted. I understand the fault for this lay with the time that the parcel remained with the courier although I received it on the Friday morning as agreed with yourselves. I am aware that you intend to supply fresh meat in the future. The ham was very nice as was the turkey and I am satisfied with the lamb bones. Thank you.

Using DPD and not refrigerated vans has lost you a customer. The bacon I had last time was far too fatty. The rump roast I slow cooked yesterday...enough for 3 people only. Far too much fat.

Received £100 of meet. Steaks so far have been nice. Unfortunately the burgers were the worst we have ever eaten. Hard no taste. Shocking lack of flavour. I will stick to Riverford and Ocado organic GF burgers. Ordered 6 and tried 2, the remaining 4 went in the bin.

I would actually give it between 3 and 4 stars. It was a little too salty. I like that it had no nitrates and would look to buy nitrate free again. It did not last in the fridge.

the flavour was nice but the texture was weird - even more so than one may expect from liver pate - and we feel this is down to the fact the pate was frozen. It lost something in the defrost.

Delivery was fast & efficient. The kippers were very good and the smoked haddock was ok, if a little dry.

Product was as advertised, and very delicious! Website very easy to navigate! Reason for the 3 stars, DPD !! Goods did not arrive on the day I chose so because you send the broth out frozen it had all defrosted which caused me real concerns about re-freezing, particularly in the volume i had bought it in! Shame Sam in Leicester

your having problems with couriers as i understand it your dealing with this as coming to me defrosting. Your trying to make your prices competative with supermarkets but sadly its at the cost of product weights and sizes for the price you need to increase sizes for the price.
