We are sorry to hear this, we would recommend cooking your meat using a temperature probe for guildence.

Quality of Turkey was excellent. However I had to discard the gravy, pigs in blankets and the bacon, as when these arrived they were already partially thawed. A) it is not clear that this items are frozen beforehand b) that they should be stored in the freezer. I contacted customer support and still have not received a reply. Overall disappointed.

Delivered on time although packaging was breaking up. The brisket ordered was disappointing and was too fatty

We are sorry you found your organic beef brisket too fatty, as you know this is a fattier part of the animal but hopefully full of lots of flavours.

Nice thick bacon but only 5 rashers between 3 caused rows. Cider sausages lacked seasoning. And I’m pretty sure I was meant to get chicken drumsticks too in my box that didn’t materialise. Wouldn’t use again. W’s considering before delivery, but now won’t.

upto now we have only tried the streaky bacon o a bacon sandwich. it could well be the way we cooked in a frying pan with a spot of lard in to get some sizzle going. unfortunately, the bacon was wasnt satifactory it struggled to get crispy. now to be fair to your company, i will probably try again with the back bacon. i will let you know my results.

The last delivery was a disaster with split outer box and frozen contents starting to de-frost. I have already contacted the company on this.

Produce looks promising but some of what we ordered from them was disappointing. Haven't had the pheasant yet so reserving full judgement until after we've cooked and eaten them but suspect not hung enough for our taste

The food is great quality and real taste of real food. The delivery is fast , however I would prefer if they delivered chilled and then you freeze as you see fit. The issue with the frozen system is that the food is arriving half defrost which is shame because it’s not good to freeze again. From an environmental point of view now, it would be great to find a way to return those blocks back to the company for reuse. Imagine how much you can cut on production if you collect the ice blocks from the costumers. Overall I like the farm and currently doing my shopping from them.

I am sad to say I've not been impressed. The chicken sausages were very dry, and the beef steak mince was just so so. The minced chicken was alright...but I don't think we will be ordering again.

Although the items I ordered were of good quality, the packaging was ineffective and about 1/3 of the items had to be cooked immediately because they were thawing. There is wool packaging available that I've seen before which kept an order from a different company rock solidly frozen.

Delivery on time . I have not cook all of them yet . Just tried the Chicken and mushroom pie and Burgers . Burgers is not sealed properly .

Would have been 5 stars but let down by DPD delivery. I can not recommend frozen goods left outside without receivers confirmation of delivery.

Good variety of organic meat but cuts seem very small and for the last two orders some of the meat had partially defrosted. Nitrate free bacon is a bit tasteless and sausages need more spiciness.

Well it’s been a journey… we ordered a Yeo Valley box and it came with most of the contents defrosted, not sure where the problem in the chain is, possibly DPD? That said it was delivered at 15:30 so I am not sure how they expect a frozen box to stay frozen for at least 24 hours. Maybe it should be on a morning delivery. A few calls later the lovely Danielle ordered us a new box perfect. Friday came and no box a few calls and emails and apologies and ordered again for the following Friday. Box came result but again half of it was defrosted same delivery time 15:30. We tried to eat some of the produce, the burgers smelled funny but on a positive the sausages and chicken were lovely. This is probably not the fault of Combe Farm but may I suggest you book an earlier delivery time for frozen food as it does not arrive in a refrigerated van, just a normal DPD delivery. Thanks for all your help with this.

Fantastic products, especially the smoked bacon & gluten free sausages (I don’t understand why the lamb sausages aren’t gluten free though, especially as the lovely lamb koftas are!) Unfortunately, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. All the products are wrapped in single use plastic and the excessive ice packs are also not recycling friendly. You say let them defrost and cut them open and squeeze out the gel and then take them to the supermarket carrier bag recycling bins. Really? Who has the time or the space to be consumed with all that aggro? It’s up to businesses like yours to put your goods in sustainable packaging that doesn’t use single use plastic in the first place. Graig Farm offer their products in waxed paper which is fine in the freezer. The ice packs should be sourced from a company that encases them in corn starch not plastic. Sheep's wool is brilliant insulation and can be composted.

good website, good delivery. however, I placed an order for 4 organic chickens and when we roasted 2 of them we were disappointed by the flavour of the meat. not as good as we usually buy. the box was also damaged on arrival but luckily the meat was not affected.

Have not cooked any of the meat you supplied yet. I would say it was quite difficult to find where I was supposed to park in the complex of businesses. The sign for the shop & carpark needs to be better displayed.🙏M
