“I've ordered may times before and have tried various cuts of meat and have found them to be excellent. I'm especially a fan of the meatballs. I wouldn't normally buy these pre made, I'd make my own, but I was curious as to the taste and quality. Well I can honestly say, I won't ever be making mine again! These are, Delicious! Lots of flavorful herbs and spices. They are quite large, so I often re roll them to make smaller meatballs, but that's just me :)”

“I used to buy my organic stewing beef from Sainsbury's but yours has consistently been much more tender after the same treatment and tastier. This has been noticed by my adult son too - as he takes some of my delivery home with him. Thank you :-)”

“I love the fact that I can get local grass fed organic meat, how great is that! No carbon foot print, no transporting miles and miles for the animals, no unnessary antibiotics or chemicals pumped into the meat, but most of all great quality meat and a price that compares with other organic suppliers”

“I spoke to a man on two occasions ( name might be George) about my order. I told him I wished to CANCEL the bacon and chicken broth from my standing order, he assured me this would be done. Last month my order arrived complete with bacon and chicken broth. I then had the misfortune to speak to some French woman in your office , who had a contemptuous attitude of its only chicken broth what's my problem and why are you bothering me with this ???? She said she would alter the order ? I doubted that someone so arrogant / ignorant would do anything. I was right for last week my order arrived again containing the bacon and chicken broth I had cancelled. Rather than speak to that woman again I tried to alter on line my order , it appeared to work but when I checked the bacon and chicken broth remained. So I have now cancelled all orders with your company, and have received a email from you confirming this, but I would not be at all surprised if a box containing bloody bacon and chicken broth arrives at my door next month !!!!!”

Hi, We are sorry you've had a bad experience. We try our hardest to deal with customer enquiries and changes to orders. We have recently had a few minor technical difficulties regarding subscriptions, and have now fixed them all. Kat (our Austrian member of Staff) has now ensured that there will not be a repeat order and you have indeed been removed from the system.

“The order arrived on time and I was given notice of when it would arrive. The meat looks good we haven' t eaten it yet but am looking forward to it. It was packed really well and I am thinking of ways of reusing the packaging.”
