“Using DPD and not refrigerated vans has lost you a customer. The bacon I had last time was far too fatty. The rump roast I slow cooked yesterday...enough for 3 people only. Far too much fat.”

“I ordered two of these but only one arrived. I have no issues with the quality but my request for a refund has essentially not been responded to. Also I paid extra for a morning delivery but it only came in the afternoon and again no refund. No issues with quality and this is the first time I have had issues.”

“Love Coombs Farm Organic- I have placed 3 orders so far and the meat is of fantastic quality, I cannot fault it. No nitrates/nitrites is so important to me and you can really tell it’s true from the colour of the meet and the taste. The website is easy to use. The packaging is great, excellent that it is possible to return it. But actually we put the wool from our previous order out for birds - they snapped it up! At some point there were 7 jackdaws sitting on the roof with a piece of wool each. Excellent idea for the wildlife.”

“I was a bit worried about frozen meat being sent by courier being dispatched thr day before arrival. However I needn't have worried as everything was hard frozen having been well packed surrounded with ice bags. Excellent service. At last I can buy organic pork fillet again!”

“Tasty but a little bit of a kick from cayenne. Possibly should be made clear in the product name and have a lesser heated chicken burger option. Not for those who prefer milder tastes. Will definitely continue to buy but would prefer a "regular" chicken burger.”
