“Product arrived 24hrs after original delivery - DPD log showed it had been in Aberdeen on its way to me!! I decided not to freeze product as it was soft(ening) and had to cook and eat over next 2/3d - not reason for ordering! The offered 10% reduction in next order not sufficient compensation in my view”

“Cannot rage the service highly enough. I ordered at the peak of the corona virus panic food delivery and they were still able to deliver everything I ordered, on time! Packaging was fully recyclable and everything was still frozen when it arrived. I've not been able to review all products as we've not eaten everything yet but what we have had has been of exceptional quality. I've recommended you to most of my friends and will be a repeat customer for sure!”

“The quality of the meat and the variety is very good. One of the few places in the U.K. that offers mutton. No hassles with delivery even in these times with delayed deliveries as they managed my expectations at the start instead of just keeping quiet.”
