“sutton coldfield shops run disgustingly since new manager has took over around 3 years ago he has run the shop into the ground lost all of the existing custumors (mon-fri) your lucky if there is more than 3 people in the shop. every custumor has complained to a mickey mouse manager. staff badly trained (they argue with you when they mess bets up because manager not training them) custusmor service 0 out of 10 shop in filthy state and corals have no complaints departments their attitude is got your money fk off. i come to place bets not watch staff eat and have to wait to place bets because they busy playing on the phones. worst bookies ever at some point they will be closed down as custumors going elsewhere. manager even rigs the free weekly comps on betting terminals (he let 1 custumor have like 8 free goes entering false names until 1 customor complained about it) i closed my vip card ages ago (was suppose to be vip)

“Very bad experience. I tried to place an evening bet on line account via computer. Normally no problems. This time the Coral side of the transaction froze and mothing happened and my balance remained the same. Over a period of 6/7 minutes I tried 4 more times to place the bet. Again nothing happened computer frozen, balance remained the same, so I logged off watched TV. When I logged on again for the last race all 5 bets had been accepted. I never bet more than once on a single race. I lost an additional £40 because of their server problems. Not my fault at all. So what is wrong with the Corals computer? I complaied to Don in Customer Services who was useless and did not listen to my complaint. So take my advice and take your custom eslewhere. Corals do not play the game, do not play fair and simply ignore the facts and settle in their own favour. They will pay. Certainly if their computer does not accept your bet straight away do not bet again. Get the computer sorted Corals.”
