“The website is not fit for purpose. Always a server error. Also it very often doesn’t recognise the codes and you are unable to input anything. When asking staff at the local bookmakers for help, the standard response “ it’s a technical pro we can’t do anything” comes out. For a large company the products you advertise are very frustrating when you cannot use them. I imagine a lot of money has been lost due to other people feeling the same way as I do and taking business else where.”

I won a good bit of money on a bonus feature on one of their slots, after my feature had finished and it presented me with my winning total the screen froze and I was redirected to the home page. After realising the winnings were not in my account and after going back on the game to find the money was not their either I contacted them to find out where my money was. They basically said ‘because I had won it on a bonus feature they had no evidence or recollection of the money being won’ in which case I am now left short of money and they have very poor excuses for their customers. Just to clarify it was nothing to do with the signal of the app/my phone as everything else was working fine. I’m very disappointed and shall not be wasting any more money on this poor excuse of a company”
