I won a good bit of money on a bonus feature on one of their slots, after my feature had finished and it presented me with my winning total the screen froze and I was redirected to the home page. After realising the winnings were not in my account and after going back on the game to find the money was not their either I contacted them to find out where my money was. They basically said ‘because I had won it on a bonus feature they had no evidence or recollection of the money being won’ in which case I am now left short of money and they have very poor excuses for their customers. Just to clarify it was nothing to do with the signal of the app/my phone as everything else was working fine. I’m very disappointed and shall not be wasting any more money on this poor excuse of a company”

“So if you have a Coral account, from time to time, they will offer you a £5 casino bonus. If you accept this you can withdraw nothing from your account. You can have £1000 in your account and it doesn't matter. Now the great thing when you have used the bonus and satisfied all conditions they do not remove this restriction from your account. You have to contact them (three times in my case) just to be able to withdraw your money.
Why do Corals treat punters like this? Because they have no idea how to treat you in a fair and decent way”
“I recently opened an account in one of the shops to qualify for a bet on Anthony Joshua to win at 25-1, i have since been unable to access my account to place further bets as my account has been frozen, they need a number of proof of ID sent to them to un-freeze my account i believe this is a way of them getting out of their obligation to pay me my winnings which i'm not bothered about i just wanted to be able to place further bets.
Getting through to customer service is a nightmare as you are always placed in a queue and don't get an answer i have now cancelled my account and lost the money they owe me i think i got off lightly if it had been more money it would have been a challenge to get it back. I wouldn't recommend Coral to anyone for a large company they need to look at the way their customer service is managed.”

Waiting half an hour to reach my coral shop just to ask if they had found the betting slip I had lost is a little too much to be expected to endure.
the phone numbers to shops are ex-directory, and the robotic system supplemented by inept seeming staff to service calls should not be imitatied by any business anywhere.
Grade F on service, and I still don't know if my betting slip is safe.

“I wish I could actually give no star at all. This rip off merchants are a complete joke. Why do you have a cash out feature when all you get is one of your selection has been suspended? Obviously when you place a bet, you follow the match to see the outcome. I had a 4 team acca with cash out showing before one of the game kicked off. “Bet with Coral for 3 years, the last year, endless issues, failure to follow through with promotions, awful customer care, the online team say to contact the priority team as I am a priority customer, priority team tell me to call the shop customer care team as they are based in Gibraltar, the shop cc team tell me to call the priority team and the priority team give me an e mail to send to the escalations team. They fail to reply to my e mail after 7 days, so I take to twitter and they block me off twitter for bad mouthing third poor customer care. Really. Avoid. Go to bet 365 or anyone else. They offer promotions but word the terms and conditions so that 90% of the time they don't have to follow through with them.”
