I was wary about putting my heating on today as last year (2024) the radiators were either too hot, not warm enough or upstairs just cold. However the corgi boiler engineer Marji who serviced my boiler on 15th September 2025 in WR9 8HS was more thorough than the one last year, checked all the radiators, bled two in the bedrooms and I have a perfectly warm, steady heat all through the house. Needless to say I am very pleased.

I have not had any problems with Corgi home care plan. They have responded to my call out requests and fixed the problem. One time I did not have hot water they fixed it. My boiler broke down they got the parts from Potterson and fixed it.

Last night we found our boiler had failed to come leaving us with no heating or hot water. We contacted Corgi and our call was answered promptly by Jackie. She took us through every step to restart our boiler and within 10 minutes everything was working. Thank you and Jackie for an excellent service.

Help themself to your bank account alter payments without your authorisation. Lucy from escalations does not have the decency to return phone call obviously she thinks that it is the customers tough luck being fleeced by this company I have got advice and will be taking action.

I’ve been with Corgi. Home plan for over 4 years and have found them very efficient,this year I had a fault on my boiler and they asked if I was a vulnerable person on saying I was, I had an engineer phone me after one hour and he arrived an hour later.He got my boiler going but phoned Corgi to say there were certain parts of my boiler that needed replacing.Corgi phoned me to say they had arranged for the maker of the boiler to come and replace what’re they found wrong with my boiler and they would cover the costs,well my boiler had virtually a rebuild and has never been better.I found the people at Corgi home plan very friendly and helpfull.

Fantastic customer service , engineers go above and beyond! John Rutherford was amazing . Highly recommend!
