"This company is cheap and d\u00edrty! \r\nI saw this shoe site on instagram and thought I'll give them a try because I needed comfy shoes. \r\nWhen my shoes finally arrived a few weeks later, I went to try them on, and they were gigantic. The size 7s were way loose, enough for me to fit my whole hand inside with my foot. I have pics and emails for everything in my review. The boots I ordered up half a size because they were narrow and the site literally told me to. They were extremely long and big as well. So I contacted the company to see if I could return them after looking how the shoe was made. I had no desire to do an exchange. This maker obviously doesn't make shoes for people with a normal size foot.\r\nShawn emailed me back and told me I could either have a new size sent for no cost and no shipping, but if I wanted a refund that I'd have to pay the shipping fees. Well, I spent $176.80 on those shoes and decided to return them even though the shipping cost was $53.46. The lady at the postal store couldn't believe they made me pay to return the items considering they have corporate accounts and get dicounts on shipping \ud83d\ude44 but they put it back on the consumer because they're cheap and don't want too lose a sale. Despicable! \r\nHere's where it gets good. No where in the emails does it state they keep any fees. So tell me why they only refunded me $41.65? I'm currently out a total of $188.61, and I have not a single thing to show for it. No shoes, nothing!\r\nStay away from this company at all cost they don't care who they scr\u00e8w over to make money."
