“The binding round the edges is too tight so the front edges don't hang nicely. I've tried giving them a good pull and it's helped a bit. I'm very glad I didn't pay full price.”

“Very disappointed in sizing, must have been made for a 6ft amozan not a 5ft midget (me). The sleeves were 4ins too long and there would have been no easy way to shorten. Would there be a way to show the heights and size of the models?”

“Communication regarding delivery date is almost not existent. There is an email saying the package was shipped but no more emails or information added to the website regarding delivery dates or tracking numbers. I have no idea when to expect delivery of the black skirt I ordered.”

“The communication time following the extra I paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 was totally inaccurate and misleading from Royal Mail and to further spoil the anticipation of receiving my delivery, the packaging box had been badly torn and the contents visible, and the delivery person placed the box in such a way that this was not visible to me on delivery. I suspect this was caused through the box being caught in the distribution machinery as the top was also dented, but not ripped open. Fortunately with the garment being in a plastic bag there was no apparent damage. This is the fist time I have bought online, and the coat is true to colour, as in the photo and not the ivy swatch, and is really lovely, it was such a shame that Royal Mail let both Cotswold & me down. I have other Cotswold garments which are just as lovely as this winter coat which are finished to a very high standard.”

“I have ordered several items from Cotswold Collection over the last couple of years. Twice you have changed the amount I owe because of currency. I don’t appreciate that. I’m expecting one amount and then get charged something else. If you want to keep customers in the US you need to be consistent with pricing. If pricing is different you need to print what the item will cost if purchased in the US.”

“My purchase of two pairs of trousers started well. I particularly wanted size 12, length 30". They arrived quickly. The comfort jeans fitted fine but we're too short. When I measured the inside leg it was only 29".
The pair of trousers although labelled size 12 they were much larger and definitely wrongly labelled.
I have now received refunds but am disappointed .”
