“I bought the full zip textured jacket. It is a lovely jacket, well-made and of a good quality. Unfortunately it was too long for my skirts, which, it turns out, really need a cropped style, and I had to return it. For anyone looking for a longer jacket, this would be excellent but do note that it is an off-white and not a pure white.
As usual, Cotswold Collections make it easy to order and return items. I have bought several items in the past and rarely return goods but refunds are made very quickly.”

“Usually I am happy with my purchases but I recently got brown trousers, with jacket, and on wearing these I am unhappy with the fit - the elasticated waste is not firm enough and they slip down. However I have worn them so cannot send them back.”

“I love my Kilt - it fits well and looks fab.
Slight annoyance in that I paid full price for it, even after talking to customer services about the "new account" £10 offer, to be sent an email the days after the skirt arrived saying it had gone in the sale for £70 less and available in my size. I wish I had waited a week!

“The garments arrived very quickly and very well packaged. The items are a little overpriced but reasonably good quality and well finished. I would definitely buy more items from the Cotswold Collections. Returns are free which is essential when buying for the elderly as they can try more than one size at home and return the incorrect size .”
