“The clothes are always lovely quality. I have just sent a pair of trousers back as they are not a size 12 .
As yet I've not heard back from Cotswolds about my return as I would like a replacement .Think I need a 10 !!!”

“Both pairs of trousers were a good fit. Delivered by Royal Mail within the 4 hour framework they gave. So pleased with my purchases.
The only comment I would make is that Cotswold Collections is still charging postage, which can put me off purchasing, as other on line small organisations I buy fromn do not charge. They provide free postage when sending out purchases and returning.”
