“I received my order and without fully unpacking the bag they came in I could see that the jersey fabric was very poor quality. I immediately returned and have more than three weeks after getting confirmation that my return had been received I am still awaiting a refund. Most unhappy.”

“Half of my order was unavailable and I had a lot of trouble getting a refund. The person representing Cotswold was quite rude and unprofessional. I am, therefore, unsubscribing.”
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into your order and can see you ordered two items, but when it came to picking we were unable to fulfil one of the items and an email notification was sent.
We continued to try to fulfil your order and upon request a refund was issued on 1st June as you didn't want to wait any longer, which is fully understandable.
