“I'm sure my jacket is very nice. Alas, for the time being it seems to be trapped in the warehouse of a business here in Switzerland that allegedly exists to facilitate e-commerce. It's now been there for seven days and the Swiss postal service is still waiting for it to be released so that they can send it to me. I have, of course, paid for it long ago, but so far, none of the three businesses involved seems able or willing to tell me why I still haven't received it and when - or if - I might. I shall review the jacket itself later ... if it ever reaches me. This one-star review concerns the delivery 'service' only.”
