“I have used Cotswold Collections for many years. However, recently the length of skirts and dresses have been very variable. Being rather short, this is important to me and I have found that the published length of both skirts and dresses have been inaccurate. This means that I have been constantly disappointed and had to return most of my purchases.”

“I love these cardigan and skirt separates and buy a set each season. However this recent order arrived very badly creased which was disappointing. I tried putting both pieces in the bathroom on hangers but finished up just getting the iron out.”

“Whilst the quality of the clothes was good the sizes were not consistent - three items- one fit, one was too tight and the third was completely out by many inches I’d say five at least.”

“T shirt perfect.Had I not liked the jacket so much it would have gone straight back.Clearly previously worn,dirty mark on sleeve so creased the pleat at back totally obscured.having washed and pressed it it is fine.In the past even sale items would not have been sent out in this state.I would add I recently sent back another item that arrived a creased and crumpled mess.As a very long standing customer I expect better.”
