“I ordered two pairs of trousers, unfortunately one pair was a lighter colour and more gingery than I thought from your catalogue so returned the trousers.
The second black pair were pull on. They really needed a fly opening. I am sure with a front zip they would be nice but I thought it probable that the material would tear with continual use so returned the pair.. Very disappointing.”
“Only reason they got 3 stars was because of the courier they use (Evri). Evri 'loses' so many parcels in this area. Because the parcel to be delivered by Evri was declared 'lost' Cotswold had to send a replacement by Royal Mail. I don't know if Evri compensates for undelivered parcels but I hope they do as otherwise it means Cotswold loses money. The replacement dress, which was delivered in two days by Royal Mail, was perfect size and fit and good quality.”

“When i notified you that my delivery was missing, i got a very negative response, there was no offer to following up on the package. Instead, I was told that it was my "own business" I am not sure if this is the way you deal with all your customers, or it was to me only.”
