“The coat is a much darker colour than the photo and teh sizing is not in line with teh chart offered on teh website. We ordered according to the size chart and it was far too big. have returned it for smaller size and caret colour which we hope will be brighter.”

“The top was delivered in good time. It was as illustrated and fitted well and I am pleased with it. However, I found that it smelled strange, rather smoky. I have left it to air for a few days and the smell has reduced, which suggests that it may have been stored badly or perhaps even worn by someone.”

“I bought two Heritage pleated tartan skirts - the green and navy check and the red check. They are both beautiful colours and the material is of an excellent quality. The only problem I had was with the navy one. I already had a tartan skirt which I bought last year in size 12 and it was a good fit as à I like to tuck in. In view of this I bought both skirts in size 12. The navy skirt was far too big so I returned it for size 10 which is much better, although still a bit loose. The red one, apparently the same size 12 as the navy one, was smaller. In fact it was smaller than the size 10 in navy. Something seems to have gone wrong with the sizing this year. I got there in the end but it is very annoying having to return items.”

“Received an email stating I would receive another when item dispatched. This was never received which resulted in me making contact after a few days wondering when I might expect the item, which in the end arrived the same day.”
