“I'm giving 4* as I love the design and the fit is good. As yet, though, I haven't worn it or washed it, so it's not what I'd call a full review. I felt the packaging was rather too much, a huge box. On returning the trousers that came with this jumper, they could easily have fitted into an A4 envelope. Both products would have fitted comfortably into a box half the size.”

“I love your clothes, but am very disappointed that you continue to send out pastice bags and coat hangers. Both or which are catestrophoic for the environment. I have been told that this is what your customers want and expect. This is very untrue. I suggest you do a little survey amongst your customers. Put the facts to them about the known qualities of tissue paper, (much better for the clothes) Which I am sure you know. Other companies quite proudly proclaime their efforts to do the right thing by the planet. (There is no plan B) It is time you got your act together, you are lagging behind oclothing companies. anyway what on earth is the use of yet another plastic coat hanger.”
