“Good prices and a speedy delivery BUT, had an issue with the quality of one of the shirts, have sent an email to sales but have not heard anything yet so will hopefully be hearing soon? Nothing as yet a day later. . . .”

“Some items arrived quickly and others I had to chase up, but customer services apologised and the items arrived a couple of days later. The items are cheap and the feel and quality is not the best - but considering the price, not bad I guess. The organic t-shirts were definitely nicer than the fruit of the loom ones which were so rough to touch I had to wash them before wearing them. Also the sizes are a little on the small side.”

“no problem with service ........very speedy.........just product........what i have found to my cost buying t shirts on line is............ nailed on........ you will buy a product size that you know will be a flattering fit...... only to find the difference in manufacturers.....means that you will have to send it back for a larger size........3 companies in the last two weeks I have had this problem with...borderline medium to large depending on what the manufacturers based there cut on....so kid's my advice is if you are unsure.....go for a larger size......or you end up funding the private courier companies needlessly an extra £30 in my case and the incurance of days lost waiting.......”

Hello Darryn - sorry to hear about the problems you have faced with sizes. If not familiar with product sizing of the different brands we always recommend purchasing samples before placing a bulk order Best regards Cottonprint

“Can't really say, they have not arrived yet! The order was placed on Friday 13th June and the p&p was nearly as much as the cost of the T Shirts. Order placement was easy and acknowledgement was quick, but cannot yet comment on the quality of the goods, but is still only Sunday 15th June!”

Hello You placed an order on the Friday which is due to be delivered on the Monday - next working day as stated. We are charged a minimum of £6.95 by the courier company for each order we despatch so do not profit from this in anyway. Regards Cottonprint.

“I ordered t-shirts that i needed next day. After receiving confirmation that payment has been processed I received an email that only one out of four woman sizes were available and some men were out of stock too. I was asked if I wanted to leave it as back order. I decided to choose something else instead as really needed woman sizes. I was then emailed that they also were out of stock. The whole emailing process took until after 4pm and so my order could not be despatched that day. I am having serious trouble understanding that a company lists items as available then goes on and takes your money after which time tells you that a lot of it is not available until September and finally takes so long emailing that the despatch time of remaining goods listed as same day if ordered by 4pm still trades in current climate. It seems out of touch. Quality of clothes is good by organisation leaves a lot to wish for.”

“The online ordering was very straightforward and the items were as described and suitable for our business. The initial order of 1 sweatshirt did not arrive next day and no delivery refund has been offered. The second order of 14 sweatshirts again did not arrive next day and again no refund on delivery offered nor a response to any emails advising of the delivery problems. Happy with the items but delivery and communication is poor.”

“Very happy with competitive prices however just a bit of a let down that what seems like a lot of items on the website are not regularly stocked. Which therefore holds back delivery of items I. Stock ready to go out. What should be next day delivery is usually a day late due to something being out of stock.”
