Attempted to order a certain brand and colour of a hoody only to be told it was out of stock. Helpful and prompt communication but as I ordered two hoodies to reduce the price per item I accepted a replacement which I paid the price for a single unit as again other sizes out of stock. Bit frustrating that I can order stock that is sold out and was told could not be restocked.

It was a little thinner than I expected, but probably a reasonable thickness that reflects the very good price.

Process time is 2 days with delivery after this. 1-2 day delivery choice is impossible. Received all but one t-shirt and a couple of the other t-shirts were badly stitched so had holes. T-shirt quality very good, apart from the random stitch errors. Did not have time to enquire about the missing t-shirt or the unusable t-shirts. So unaware of the customer service.

Very disappointed that you could not deliver all my goods at one time had e-mail saying some would be as late as December this is not good when people are waiting for orders

overhaul this service was ok, delivery was very fast, price was good, quality of goods was very good, however my order was incorrect, in that I ordered black Tee's both adult and kids the adult tees were correct but I was sent hoodies rather than kids Tees this mistake slowed my order to my customer down by three days as my order was due for delivery on the Saturday and you could not correct my order until the Monday causing a ripple effect making my customer unhappy, I received very little recompense for this mistake other than an offer to keep the hoodies at a discounted price, I feel more should of been done to keep as a customer considering this was my first order and therefore my first impression of the company and surely in Business first impressions count. That said because the mistake was corrected although not ideally, I may decide on a 2nd order. Customer service is key guys, big efforts to keep customers go a long way, from little acorns very large trees are grown. I personally in this situation, would have made sure this delivery of the missing Tees would of taken place by special delivery to arrive no later that Saturday Morning, free of charge with additional Tees as recompense although costly in the short term, this action would of guaranteed my custom in the future so in the long term this action would of been profitable, as a Former Business Development Manager with a large National Company this would of been my course of action. Mistakes happen its human nature, its how we deal with these mistakes and how we correct them, that makes a business stand out from the crowd.

Hello Phil I am sorry about the incorrect items that you received - however, as your order was made on Thursday and you received it Friday we were unable to get the replacement 3 T-shirts to you any quicker than Monday as we do not offer a Saturday delivery We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this pick error Kind regards Cottonprint

Product is acceptable and reasonable quality. Had to order XXL to get my normal size in M&S =XL. To get delivery my T shirt cost circa £2,15, but including delivery & VAT cost over £11.00 and took two days to arrive NOT following day. I will leave my conclusions for you to consider

Great prices, but very disappointing that they won't let you collect from the factory after payment. I asked if I could as I live a mile away, but was very rudely stonewalled and told they don't have insurance for me to pick the box up from the doorway. If I'm supporting local businesses, it would be nice if they could too.

I ordered 10 pairs of pants for 33 quid- very good price. However, shortly after the order and payment I received an email that said: Hello I am sorry at point of pick we were out of stock of your order and you have been refunded in full Kind regards Nothing else to say, really. Never mind!

you guys really jumped the gun on this one lol I have yet to receive my first order from you. so really all i can say is....still waiting. I am very unhappy with your web site though. I have created an account and even asked for password reminders but only get a blank email back. I can not sign into my account or track my order. I have called twice about this but have been told 'the person who deals with this is not here' I wonder when that person is there? if they are even there at all. so initially im hardly the best person to rave about my interaction with your company. Lets see when the order actually arrives and if the items are of quality when i get my mitts on them.

I ordered a single Tshirt from cottonprint in order to take advantage of their offer of next day delivery (it seems surprisingly few clothing companies do this). Unfortunately, although the delivery was the next day, the courier delivered it to the wrong address... Although still very disappointing (as we didnt get the t-shirt we needed in time for my daughter's dance show), the incorrect delivery was down to the courier and cottonprint have refunded the value of the order and (thank you to Gail at cottonprint for sorting this out)

Hello Matthew We have just checked and DPD tracking shows that your order was delivered and signed for by 'Owen' at 11.09 on Wednesday 28th - which is next day delivery. We would have appreciated the chance to have informed you of this before you left a review rating of this nature. It was my first order with Cottonprint and although I appreciate that stock can run out, I was only informed that some of my order was not available later on that day in an email. I feel that this should have been advised to me as I was checking out on your website as I was in fact paying for items that you did not have in stock. I ordered before 4pm on Monday to ensure that I would receive the order on Tuesday as I was not in work and could wait in for the delivery. You confirmed that the delivery would be with me on the Tuesday before 12. The delivery did not turn up and after contacting you, you advised me in an email that you would look into and track the order and get back to me. The next day I had not heard back from you so had to contact you by telephone. You tracked the order and told me that it was to be delivered again today, when I told you that I was not at the delivery address to receive it, I was informed that this matter was now out of your hands.. this may of been the case however I felt that you had no concern or regard for a new customer. After providing me with incorrect delivery details you, at the very least, should offer me a reasonable explanation as to why they did not turn up and maybe offer to contact the courier for me. After paying you a delivery charge I then had to make a journey to pick up the delivery myself at the courier's depot. I have picked Poor as the overall rating as I feel that my first shopping experience with you has not met a standard of service that is acceptable. Not all items were available but you still charged me for them at the checkout point, I know that I would have had to wait several days for a refund had I not replaced the out of stock items with other items. I hope that if any future orders are placed with you that the items I require will be in stock, you charge me for only the items that you do have available and that the delivery will be more efficient.

Goods were not adequately packaged - one box of a consignment of 2 arrived damaged and open, the loose shirts inside the very flimsy box were covered in dust/dirt and any number could have been missing - As such I had to refuse the delivery - However, customer service were quick to respond, promising to send out another delivery straight away. The re-despatched shirts did arrive as promised the next day

As explained the box was damaged in transit by a third party - we acted immediately you notified us of the problem and have re-sent your order on a next day delivery. Apologies once again for any inconvenience caused.

Hi, I have received my order today. The order was sent in three different packages. There is short shipment of one package and one shoulder strap of a tote bag is sewing in wrong direction. 1) Delivery Note Number : 204227 Order number : 58981 short ship Starworld organic lady T-shirt Natural "L" x 1 2) WHITE sling tote bag x 1 ( shoulder strap sewing in wrong direction ) I would like to have the refund of the above items. I can send the white sling tote bag for you to check but the postage should be paid by you. I did not know that you stamp the labels on the Hanes T-shirts . I received 8 t ( 4 ladies and 4 men) . Half of them were stamped with wrong labels. Comfortsoft t stamped with other crew neck label and vice versa. I need to spend more time to check the items again . That's really confused. Besides the above problems. We are happy with the quality of the t shirts. They are really nice. Thank you. Those are the sample order only. We may place a bigger order later. Quick delivery which was excellent but had a missing item. I contacted cottonprint on the following Monday and still have not received a reply or the missing item. This needs to be top of the priority list.

Dear Cottonprint, I would have liked to have given a 5 star rating as your website is so easy to use and a really quick delivery so thank you for that. Unfortunately the order sent was different to what I ordered, I ordered two black XL T shirts but only received one but there was a white childrens t shirt code 30 instead so please let me know how to send this back and can you send me the black T shirt that I ordered and paid for. We first encountered the Gildan T shirts when we bought some in America and they are super to wash as they keep their shape and colour well so please keep selling them After a telephone call to Cottonprint the error was dealt with very efficiently so many thanks.
