“good prices and delivery times, my only gripe is that when they dont have something they e-mail you right at dispatch time and you dont have long to respond or they will not send the order out even though they have you phone number they will not call you”

“Excellent quality sweatshirts at a very good price. Only downside was the packing. All four were in a gigantic, very heavy cardboard box and need to be ironed on arrival. Lightweight plastic packets would have been a better and cheaper option for mailing. Speed of delivery very quick.”

“The cotton linen bags were exactly as described, and just how I wished for. Altough I think the compnay should look again at its almost outrageous P&P charges, mine were almost more than the linen bag that must have weighed minumum.”

“Fast, good quality. Would benefit from being able to select our own delivery method. Postage is charged on size & weight these days. Could have used a much smaller box or a bag. Doesnt need to be recorded delivery and we should be given chance to choose if we want it or not :-) otherwise...impressed”

“I have received the shipping, thank you. I still cannot figure out who's fault it was, cotton print or shop and ship. Accordingly to shop and ship, they said I haven't provided the SNS number while I did, because I received one. Anyways, I hope this issue doesn't happen again because I plan on dealing with cotton print. I highly approve of the quality. I also appreciate the management's concern about my shipment. Thank you for your time.”

“I did get a very quick response, but was disappointed that you couldn't supply me with the t shirts I asked for as I was told I had ordered a size that was not available. I think the website could be updated to reflect you don't have certain sizes before people get to ordering and paying. But I will provably use the sure again if necessary.”

“Good & Fast turnaround with no issues in regards to making the order. Although my only complaint is that they say their contact line opens at 10am but I've been calling since 10:02am till 11:10am and keeps going to their voice mail. Also they don't have the ability to track your order which is a feature that majority of other companies have.”

“Goods ordered befor 2pm on Friday but not delivered until Monday (Supposed to be next day). Did not receive email saying goods despatched. However that said goods as descibed and satisfied with product. I would purchase from you again.”

“Ordered hoodies for my sports team. Next day was informed they were out of stock although wasnt listed as such. Staff via email was very quick to identify a similar hoodie, although dearer per unit they offered them at the lowest unit price and had them delivered the very next day”

“I have not received my items yet, but I only ordered yesterday and I live in Dublin. Cottonprint were very prompt getting in touch about the extra postage required for deliveries to Ireland, although it would be good if they could give an option for this on their website. I am looking forward to receiving my items.”
