“Cottonprint are a reliable company and have always been helpful, and the next day delivery is good. The only issue is that I have to order, pay and then wait for a few hours to find out if anything is out of stock. They do email and say if items are out of stock, and I then have to wait for a refund. I would prefer to know at the time of order if the items are in stock. Otherwise I am very happy with Cottonprint.”

“I have shopped with cotton print for a while. the service is good but it would helpful if tracking infomation was sent as soon as the good are dispatched. Also I have never recieved a discount or special offer for being a returning customer so that would also be nice once in a while. Thanks”

“Really fast efficient service and good communication. I'm not quite sure where to find the receipt - the delivery note just has the items and not the costs - a paper copy would be useful, hopefully I will find it somewhere online.”

“I use Cottonprint to purchase t shirts for my business. The service is good and delivered quickly. The only downfall is you have to place order, pay for goods, and then wait to find out if it is all in stock. they let you know later (the same day if you order early) if anything is out of stock, and process a refund.”

“Great communication, great price and fast delivery. Only problem was the hoodies that I ordered seemed to have been thrown into the box instead of being folded and set it. just meant I had to try and un- crinkle them all which was a bit of a pain. A bit more care with packaging and it would have been perfect.”

“Very prompt delivery time and the products are great! However be careful about the delivery costs, especially if you are only buying one t-shirt, it makes the price go up a lot!”

“Excellent service. I ordered at 3:30pm and my parcel arrived the next day. I didn't give 5 stars as I wanted to ask a question before I ordered and couldn't get hold of anyone on the telephone and I didn't feel there was enough time to wait for an e-mail response.”

“I am happy with the pricing, fast delivery and telephone communication when I place an order...my only small gripes are that there tends to be at least one item on my orders that is not in stock, and often the waiting time for the items to be back in stock is quite a while....for instance, xxl gildan heavy black t shirts were ordered on 15th july but I have been told they are out of stock until the end of august, I am only a small business but I cant tell customers that they will have to wait for over a month for ten t shirts from me. secondly I have had a few seconds in my orders....one with a very small sleeve, several with bad stitching, and one with a piece of fabric hanging out of the arm stitching....unfortunately these faults were not spotted until I had printed on them so I couldn't return them”

“the main pleasure i have with choosing cotton as my supplier is the next day delivery which is perfect when that last minute print job crops up at the end of the day and the customer wants it done yesterday! But what did grind my gears about cotton print is that they do not tell you a product is out of stock untill after you have paid for it which i think is dam out of order, if i had of known i could of gone to another supplier and to make things worse the communication was awfull and i waited three weeks before i rang up and litteraly begged for them to send me the same style shirt by a differnt brand.i shouldnt of had to ring and ask for this it should of been a gesture from the company. but all in all good company”
