“Was generally very happy with the process of ordering excellent delivery next day can't ask for better but 1 problem I had was I ordered some tee shirts and whilst the mobile site said they were available the office said the sizes I wanted were not available. No big scene couple of emails sorted it but the mobile site could do with looking at.”

“As far as I have researched cotton print are the best on price and 9/10 do deliver next day with no hassle. There are occasions where I pay for goods only to find out later the items are out of stock which can cause problems as refunds can take a few days. Website should have a stock indicated which seems to be the norm on other garment vendors sites. Despite this being said I would recommend this company to fellow printers.”

“Great T-shirt, nice fabric but colours were a bit intense (I bought the yellow) and the sizes are all slightly too big. Still a great eco product though”

All orders we receive are dispatched on a next working day delivery service by courier and we are charged accordingly - we do not attempt to make any profit from the delivery element of an order. “Item turned out to be out of stock even though it appeared to be available when I ordered. Obviously I was very disappointed but I was refunded promptly and received an apology so Cottonprint handled it in decent manner.”

“The shirts arrived very quickly. I was a little confused whether the 2 days meant order to dispatch or order to delivery but it seems it was order to delivery which was surprising. On this note I would say it would be more helpful to have received a dispatch email with an approximate time to expect the delivery for future. But good service. Thanks.”
