“Item I ordered never arrived, had to email twice before I got a reply and was then told that coincidentally my parcel was returned by Royal Mail that day, 16 days after it was supposed to have been shipped. I was told they would refund me but only refunded me the price of item not the additional £7 postage. I had to email them again and after two days they said the reason was they were waiting for refund from Royal Mail. What a load of rubbish. I was refunded the postage in the end.”

“I recently purchased a skirt from them costing me £78. Expecting a quality material plus quality stitching. Unfortunately I was disappointed with quality and the stitching. Quality is bellow expectations and stitching is poorly done. I've contact them twice to rectify this and they have not come back to me. I am considering to contact my bank and ask them to pull my payment back. I shouldn't have trusted a unknown website to shop from.”

“Still waiting on a returns label for an order placed in November. They are unable to issue digital returns labels and none of the labels they say are posted arrive. Will update if this is resolved.”

“I’ve emailed customer services twice I’m the last 7 weeks regarding a faulty earring that fell off my ear resulting in the clip breaking off which apparently cannot be repaired. Neither time have I had the courtesy of a reply when I asked if I could buy a separate earring. I’m very surprised at their dismissive attitude especially as they were expensive for a pair of clip on earrings.”

“Paid extra postage of £8.50 as I wanted a blouse for a special event. I was sent a size 12 instead of the ordered size 22 therefore it was useless and left me with nothing special to wear and a waste of 8.50 I was very upset”

“I cannot get any answer by telephone or email to enquire about a missing order which an email told me had been dispatched over 2 weeks ago but not recieved by Royal Mail. I wonder if they are strill in business.”
