“I made a little mistake when placing my order and chose XL instead of Large for the black gown. Luckily, I caught it before my order was processed!! I contacted customer service since I wasn’t sure about the size change process, and they kindly helped me update my order.”

“I would like to share a very positive experience with Couture Candy. I was immediately drawn to the exquisite design of the dress I originally ordered. Although it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me, I was truly impressed by the care and professionalism of their customer support team. “The dress got to me on the early side of when it was predicted to get to me, fit true to size. I felt great in it, really helped boost my confidence with all of the right ruching in the right places, definitely recommend this dress to anyone!!”

“Definitely recommend checking out the final sale section. I found a lot of beautiful bridesmaid dresses at such great prices, and they honestly look way more expensive than what i paid. Since it was a final sale item, i was a bit unsure about ordering, but luckily my dress arrived in great condition with no damage. Thank you Couture CANDY for the wonderful service. By the way, do you have a physical store location where customers can visit and try on dresses in person?”

“The dress arrived... and was packed pretty nicely!! I used the size chart before ordering... and the fit was actually good. The style is really elegant... and i love the high slit detail, it makes the dress look so pretty...!! Of course, there are a few little things that could be better.... but overall, I'm happy with my purchase... and the service was good!!!”

“I had a question about which color to order for my event and customer service was really helpful!! They suggested a color that looked much better than the one I was originally thinking about. I also needed to change my shipping address after placing the order. They replied pretty fast and got it updated before it shipped, which was a huge relief!!!”
