“Bought the Asymmetric Evening Gown for a wedding and was really excited when it arrived! The fit was great, and the dress looked exactly like the pictures. I checked the size chart before ordering, and it seemed accurate. However, after trying it on a couple of times, I realized the style wasn’t quite what I had in mind for the event, so I decided to return it. The return process was pretty straightforward. I contacted customer support, got my RMA number, and sent the dress back without any issues. My store credit was processed quickly. Just a heads-up, if you use a promo code, a small amount is deducted from your store credit, but that’s explained up front. Luckily, the event is still a ways off, so I’m taking my time browsing their site for a new gown.”

“First time ordering & was a little skeptical. My skepticism quickly diminished upon receiving the dress. The dress arrived quicker than expected with constant shipping updates. It came in white UPS shipping bag and was neatly folded & packaged with hanger. The pictures online did not do the dress justice. It is way more beautiful in person.
