“I purchase this beautiful Navy dress with mesh open back and heavy champagne beading and rhinestone embellishments on the bodice, skirt and train for my daughter's wedding. The fabric is sturdy and of high quality. Craftsmanship of the sewing and embellishment details exceptional. I sew and I can attest that this dress, although it was a steal on clearance, is not cheaply made!!! Ordering process was smooth. Dress was delivered before original estimated delivery date. Customer service team was professional and called personally to check in on my satisfaction with my purchase. I am 5'5" 118lbs and purchased a size 4 and was true to size/sizing chart measurement recommendations. It was rather long but that's expected for full length gowns and I was able to alter it easily. I HIGHLY recommend Candy Couture for all your formal and evening wear needs. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again!!!”

“Really happy with my overall experience. The Couturecandy site is easy to navigate; there’s a great selection, and ordering was pretty straightforward. The customer service has also been excellent - everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and responsive. One thing that would make the experience even better is having a more noticeable reminder that certain sale items are final sale. Since there are quite a few Sale options, showing that information clearly on the product page and again at checkout would give customers a little more clarity. Aside from that, I’ve had a very positive experience and appreciate both the selection and the great customer service.”

“Better Than I Expected!! I honestly had to give this dress a minute before deciding how I felt about it. I had just gotten back from vacation and didn't open the package until two days after it arrived, and my first reaction wasn't exactly wow. The color looked a little different than I expected, and I was already thinking maybe this wasn't going to work. But I tried it on anyway, did my hair, and somehow it all came together once I actually had it on. The waist was a bit loose, and I probably would've been better off sizing down, but it was still comfortable enough that I didn't worry about it during dinner. The material also surprised me because I expected it to be pretty thin, but it wasn't. It did arrive a little wrinkled, but a few minutes with the steamer took care of that. By the time I left for dinner, I was actually feeling pretty good in it, and I ended up getting several compliments. One of my friends even asked me where I found it, which definitely made me laugh considering how unsure I was when I first opened the package. Funny how some dresses just need to be seen on before you really know if they're going to work.”

“Decided to try this store after seeing a few reviews online. I’m 5'7" and usually wear M, and the M worked for me. The dress fits okay and the length is good with heels. It looks pretty much like the photos, although the color was a little different than I expected. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent dress for the price. Not perfect, but I’m satisfied with it and will probably try ordering from the store again.”

“I took a chance ordering from this online store, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a dress for my upcoming event and was really happy with it when it arrived. The design was even prettier in person, and the quality was really nice. It was a little longer than I expected, so I had it altered locally, but it fit perfectly afterward. I also appreciated that the company provided a rebate toward the alteration, which was a nice surprise.”

“My first CoutureCandy dress unfortunately didn’t work out for me, so I returned it and received store credit. I read through the return policy and understood how the credit works, so I decided to use it toward another dress instead of letting it go to waste. There were so many dresses on the site that I actually had a hard time choosing, especially with all the sale options. For my second order, I took my time and compared the measurements, checked the size chart and made sure I was happy with the color before placing the order. I’d definitely suggest doing the same if you’re using store credit, since you want to be confident about your choice. Cnderella Divine dress arrived sooner than I expected and was packed nicely. I tried it on as soon as it arrived, and thankfully the fit was much better. The color was also exactly what I was hoping for, so I was really happy with how everything turned out. My biggest suggestion would just be to read the return policy carefully before placing your first order and check the measurements instead of going by your usual size. And if you’re using store credit, take a little extra time choosing — there are plenty of options, so it’s worth finding the one you really love!”

“I’ve ordered quite a few times from them over the past couple years, for different occasions, and they have become one of the places I check first when I’m looking for a gown. I’ve gotten Evening gowns, Bridesmaid dresses and even a few Pageant Gowns from them, and overall my experiences have been pretty good. The dresses are beautiful and delivery has been good too, usually comes pretty quick,, and packed nicely. Their policy can be a little strict, especially for FINAL SALE items, so I always try to check everything before ordering. I did make a mistake once and selected the wrong color when I placed my order, I didn’t notice it until after I received the dress. When I opened the package, I realized right away I had picked a different color than what I actually wanted. I contacted customer service and they explained that my order was returnable, and they helped me with the return and Store Credit options. They even offered a MONETARY refund option to help resolve the situation, which I really appreciated. I was a little disappointed at first, because I really wanted a FULL refund,, but since the mistake was from my side I understood. They were still willing to work with me and explain all my options, which I really appreciated.”

“I’m extremely happy with my purchase of the Dancing Queen 9750 Jewel Encrusted dress! I chose the black color, and it is absolutely stunning. The jewel embellishments add such a beautiful sparkle and make the dress feel very elegant and luxurious. I really wanted the Burgundy color, but unfortunately my size was out of stock. I’m glad I went with black because it looks timeless and gorgeous!”

“We found this company very affordable and efficient with quick delivery. The customer service was very good calling to make sure that we got the dress that everything was fine with it and called back again the day after they knew she was wearing it to make sure everything went OK. “The dress is absolutely beautiful and the quality is 10/10! I ordered a size Small and it fits me perfectly. For reference, I’m 5’1” and 108 lbs. The fit around my body is just right. I only need to have it shortened a little, but that’s completely expected because of my height. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, and they were very helpful in correcting it and making sure my dress arrived at the correct address and on time. I’m extremely happy with both the dress and the service I received. Excellent quality and excellent customer service. 10/10!”
